Goods damaged in transit: If shipping method is chosen by Hamsar, Hamsar must be notified within 5 business days of goods damaged in transit. All goods to be inspected upon arrival. Hamsar to be notified within 10 business days of receipt of goods if damaged. No exceptions. If shipping method is chosen by customer, all shipping claims must be addressed directly with transport company. 3. INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED ON ALL SHIPMENTS. It is an inexpensive way to protect a license plate and can also be back printed for a distinctive "glass like" look. 4. Plates are shipped with a protective plastic film on the one side. 6. You can use the standard frame styles or provide Hamsar with a custom design.
