8 Finding Information for NetView and TSA There are two places to look for information such as error messages, commands, manual references, solutions. 1. Google 2. IBM Support Portal Session feedback Do it online at 8

9 Google Search IBM is using Google search to access its content. This means that a Google search for a error message, command, APAR/PTF will also search IBM content for information. One problem with a Google search is it searches all of IBM, and all of the internet, so a wide range of matches could be identified. You have a lot more information to wade through There are non-ibm sites and forums that may have useful information. A large number of matches are identified to review.
