SIA/PB/NCP/17049/ Project site has not been marked on the copy of the Master Plan attached with the application to check the land use pattern of the area as per proposals of Master Plan. Reply: Copy of Master Plan with marked project site is enclosed as Annexure II. 2. As per copies of Jamabandies attached, the Land ownership is in the name of private individuals. No agreement with the land owners/land acquisition status with documentary evidence has been submitted. Reply: The Jamabandi of year 2007 as well as of year 2013 are attached with the land details for your ready reference. Further the Land was allotted to Individual plot owners by ADA. Copy of one allotment letter is enclosed as Annexure VIII. 3. Details of persons responsible for handling day-to-day affairs of the project and Amritsar Development Authority along with copy of constitution of ADA have not been given. Reply: The officers in charge are in accordance to their official positions. At present, the following are the officials who are responsible for the development of scheme: 1. Sh. Dharampal (Estate Officer) The copy of constitution of ADA is enclosed as Annexure IX. 4 (a) Wildlife Sanctuary & National Park location within 10 kms be specified & if any such entity exists, copy of acknowledgement along with set of application filed for obtaining NBWL permission be submitted: Kindly provide letter along with sign of Deputy Forest Officer mentioning the distance of bird/wildlife sanctuary from the project site. Reply: Keshopur Chhamb Wildlife Sanctuary is at a distance of approx. 7 km from the project site. Letter in this regard from Divisional Forest Officer is enclosed as Annexure X (a). Also, Marked Toposheet is also enclosed with the application. Application has been filed regarding NBWL clearance and is enclosed as Annexure X (b).

2 (b) If any use of Forest Land including approach to the project site from the road is involved and permission under Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980 is required, copy of acknowledgement along with complete set of application submitted for obtaining necessary permission, be submitted. Reply: Application for Forest Clearance is under process. Correspondence letter in this regard is enclosed as Annexure XI. 5. Copy of orders engaging the Environmental Consultant be also attached. Reply: Copy of order engaging the Environmental Consultant is attached as Annexure VII. 6. Jamabandies & aks sajra have been attached in duplicate/twice, one set of which be removed to reduce file size. Reply: Agreed. One set has been removed.
