5 ZERO TRUST SECURITY MODEL Rethink Your Approach to Enterprise Security As traditional network perimeters dissolve, security professionals must discard the old model of trust but verify, which relied on well-defined boundaries. Instead, strengthen security levels by implementing a always verify approach for everything including users, endpoints, networks, servers and applications. The Centrify Partner Connect Program is a program for distributors, resellers and consultants to gain the tools and resources needed in delivering Centrify s industry leading solutions to their customers. How do I become a member a Connect member? What are the requirements to join the Connect Program? Requirements and benefits depend on the partner level. Please see partner level details at link to brochure. What is the cost to join the Connect Program? There is no cost to partnering with Centrify. Can a Connect partner change program levels during the fiscal year? Yes, although we audit annually, a partner can still be promoted within a fiscal year if all requirements of a higher level are met. If there are changes and enhancements to the partner program, how will partners be notified? Centrify will notify partners of program changes through notifications, newsletters, and the partner portal. What are the main benefits of the Connect Premier Level? Centrify offers more deal registration-based margins and incentives, based on competency and commitment to selling all of Centrify s technologies. In addition to specialist support across all areas of technology. What are the main benefits of the Connect Select Level? Centrify offers rich margin protection for partners who specialize in selling select offerings from Centrify s portfolio. What happens if I decide not to renew my Connect Partnership? Partnership will be terminated, and for future opportunities the reseller would need to adhere to the affiliate pricing model. 26 TRAINING AND ENABLEMENT FAQS SALES FAQS What Centrify training and education is available to partners? Centrify channel teams deliver relevant content onsite or webbased as needed. There are also multiple web-based training sessions available for free to partners on the partner portal Centrify also holds end user training in regions around the globe, which is ALWAYS free for partners to attend. As a partner, do I need to pay for training? No, partners are not required to pay for training or certification tests. Are there any web-based training courses? Yes, they can be found on the partner portal partnernetwork/portal.asp. How do I know if my organization is current on certifications? Partners will be contacted at the beginning of the Centrify fiscal year, to relay important certification and requirement information pertaining to each specific partner. Partners can get real-time information by contacting their dedicated Channel Account Manager (CAM), ing the partner helpdesk at partners@centrify.com and checking their certification status on the partner portal. How often do I need to renew my certifications? Certifications need to be renewed annually, and metrics depend upon partnership level with Centrify. As a partner, can I sell product to any end users within my geography? Centrify partnership contracts are specific to private and public sector business, within the country where the partner is headquartered. Federal Government and Global deployments can be included as schedules within the agreement, and require specific business planning and sales/ channel team engagement within these verticals/ markets. Where can I go to obtain support for an opportunity? Partners can contact their CAM or the partner helpdesk at partners@centrify.com for sales cycle support. How do I register a deal? Deals can be registered in the partner portal at com/ partnernetwork/partner-deal-registration-form.asp. Follow these steps to set up an account: (NOTE: Access to the Centrify Partner Portal is only available for signed partners) 1. Go to this page to set up a Centrify.com Website account and click the Sign Up button. 2. Be sure to use your work address when you sign up. Once you register you ll receive an automated asking you to validate your address. 3. How can I obtain funding for events and lead generation activities? Partners can request Market Development Funds (MDF) funding by contacting their dedicated CAM to discuss the opportunity and/ or build a marketing plan.
