In this paper the system intends to a wireless technique in the form of embedded device namely Raspberry Pi for women that will serve the purpose of alerts and way of communicating with secure channels and it captures the image using R-pi camera. There are many android applications for women safety but they as not as much as efficient. So to solve this issue of women safety we developed a prototype which is easy to use and which is efficient to provide help to that victim. so when the victim press kits button, our application will capture the photo, collect users information to send notification to registered phone numbers with link of captured image. This saves the time and that victim get help without loss of time. Also in the case of Children security the system proposes a speed monitoring and location tracking facilities using GPS, GPRS, GSM. The system consists of bus unit. The bus unit which is used to detect the path of Bus by using GPS. Weather the bus is travelling on its day to day route and also it monitors the over speeding of bus. For the mechanism of vehicle tracking Haversine and Trilateration algorithm are used. According to that the by using GSM alert messages will be send to their parents and vehicle owner. The system has been developed on web based data driven application and android application has provides the useful information. The advance Feature of this system is image capturing.accuracy of developed system is 97%. INTRODUCTION INTERNET OF THINGS (IOT): The Internet of Things (IoT) refers to the ever-growing network of physical objects that feature an IP address for internet connectivity, and the communication that occurs between these objects and other Internet-enabled devices and systems. Typically, IOT is expected to offer advanced connectivity of devices, systems, and services that goes beyond machine-tomachine (M2M) communications and covers a variety of protocols, domains, and applications. The interconnection of these embedded devices (including smart objects), is expected to usher in automation in nearly all fields, while also enabling advanced applications like a smart grid, and expanding to areas such as smart cities. 2 In today s world, women safety and children safety has become a major issue as they can t step out of their house at any given time due to some type of abuse and a fear of violence. Even in the 21st century where the technology is rapidly growing and new gadgets were developed but still women s and girls are facing problems. Women are adept at mobilizing diverse groups for a common reason. The safety of women and children is a concern of increasing urgency in India and other countries. The primary issue in the handling of these cases by the police lies in constraints preventing them from responding quickly to calls of distress. These constraints include not knowing the location of the crime, and not knowing the crime is occurring at all at the victims end, reaching the police assuredly and discreetly is a challenge. Recently, all over the world crime against children is increasing at higher rates and it is high time to over safety support system for the children coming and going to schools. So this proposed system is going to implement children tracking system for every child attending school who uses the school bus.proposed system is an attempt to provide women safety as well as child safety by enabling them to place an emergency service to the registered contacts quick, discreet way. The use of the application is divided into two systems first is based on Electronic kit that is GPS for Woman safety and Second is Android app,web portal for child safety, Which output of SMS to emergency contacts and web portal, notification to Principle for Over speed detection. In women safety application, system is made for the security of women by developing a GPS and R-Pi kit which we can manage to take with us at anywhere. This security system provides the application like Location tracking of user, send location to emergency contacts also provide image capture facility to capture images and send notifications. Children safety is a web application which contains GPS Location tracking with BUS which provide notification related to Location of Bus if driver changes the rout of the bus also indicate over speeding. Wireless RTLS tags are attached to objects or worn by people, and in most RTLS, fixed reference points receive wireless signals from tags to determine their location. Examples of real-time locating systems include tracking automobiles through an assembly line, locating pallets of merchandise in a warehouse, or finding medical equipment in a hospital. The physical layer of RTLS technology is usually some form of radio frequency (RF) communication, but some systems use optical (usually infrared) or acoustic (usually ultrasound) technology instead of or in addition to RF. Tags and fixed reference points can be transmitters, receivers, or both, resulting in numerous possible technology combination.rtls are a form of local positioning system, and do not usually refer to GPS or to mobile phone tracking. Location information usually does not include speed, direction, or spatial orientation. II. PROBLEM STATEMENT We are proposing the system which is useful for women and children security purpose. The Proposed system for women consist of a wearable safety device which is having emergency button for sending notification and Camera for capturing the image of attacker. When women is in trouble she press the button of that device immediately the location of the victim track with the help of GPS and the image get captured then the emergency message with image link will be send to all contacts. 3 For children transportation security system our module works on GPS,GPRS,GSM for vehicle tracking and monitoring mechanism. This system would make good use of R-pi which is based on Linux board. For this project Haversine and Trilateration algorithms are used. III. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES The main goal of our project is to preserve the security of working women and school children. To serve our purpose we are developing Wireless portable women safety device and school bus tracking system. This embedded device have emergency press button for alert purpose, And electronic camera for capturing image of that instance. GSM system trace the current location of victim and send alert message to registered contact. The embedded camera capture image and it is send with alert message. Our system consist of children transportation security system for school bus. If the vehicles speed goes beyond the specified value of the speed, then also the warning message will be sent from system to the owner mobile. This makes secure transportation for school children. IV. WORKING METHODOLOGIES Hardware Resources- The Raspberry Pi is a series of small single-board computers. CPU speed ranges from 700 MHz to 1.2 GHz for the Pi 3 and on board memory range from 256 MB to 1 GB RAM. A Web portal is most often a specially designed web site that brings information together from diverse sources in a uniform way. Variants of portals include mishaps and intranet "dashboards" for executives and managers. Java servlet is a Java program that extends the capabilities of a server. Although servlets can respond to any types of requests, they most commonly implement applications hosted on Web servers. Notification Alert for women safety - When victim is in danger, he/she press the emergency button then location tracking process turns on. Using GPS the accurate latitude and longitude of victim s location get tracked respective alert message will be send on registered contact and with the help of raspberry pi camera image get captured and it will be send on android application. 5 Figure 8:SMS Alert Notification Alert for children safety For children safety web portal is developed in which all details of student, bus stops,routes, driver,classes etc. have to filled. Using android application location tracking and over speed detection will be done for that school bus driver have to login in android application. If over speeding of bus occurred or the route will be changed then the notification alert will be send to school principle so that he/she contact with driver and respective action will be taken. 6 Volume: 02 Issue: 03 March 2017 (IJRIER) (system):- System is our proposed system which includes following tuple. (initial state at time T ) :-GUI of Women and Child safety. The GUI provides space to enter a input for user. X (input to system) :- Input details. The user has to first enter the input details. Y (output of system) :- List of Women, children's, parents with all details. User has to enter a query into Women and Child safety then system generates a result which contains relevant and irrelevant Women and Child safety and their details. T (No. of steps to be performed) :- 6. These are the total number of steps required to process a input and generates results. fmain(main algorithm) :- It contains Process P. Process P contains Input,Output and subordinates functions. It shows how the query will be processed into different modules and how the results are generated. DD (deterministic data):- It contains Database data. Here we have considered OLD i.e. Women and Child safety records contains the users data with its locations which number of ambiguous queries. Such queries are user for showing results. Hence, OLD is our DD. NDD (non-deterministic data):- No. of input queries. In our system, user can enter numbers of queries so that we cannot judge how many queries user enters into single session. Hence, Number of Input queries are our NDD. friend :- IE, UR, TR. in our system, are the friend functions of the main functions. Since we will be using both the functions, both are included in friend function. IE is Information Extraction which is used for extracting information on browser. HR is based on the Crime fields added into the Hazard data for submitting the data to the server. TR is based on the Users Track records. Memory shared: - Database. Database will store information like list of Users, its Parents and its registration details and women that is dangerous Situations notification and the Child location tracking. Since it is the only memory shared in our system, we have included it in the memory shared. CPU count: - 2. In our system, we require 1 CPU for server and minimum 1 CPU for client. Hence, CPU count is 2. Subordinate functions: Identify the processes as P. S= I, O, P... P= UR, IE,TR Where, UR is User Registration IE is Information Extraction. TR is Tracking records UR= U, SUBMIT, MESSAGES Where, U=input Query using the information SUBMIT = 1, 2, 3,, n MESSAGES is output of UR which is Status Messages. IE= CP, NLP Techniques, Info Where, CP is input which is filter information to IE NLP is use for transforming all the letters to lowercases, stemming and removing stop word. 8 Figure 12: Flow Chart for Children Safety VI. PURPOSE AND SCOPE Purpose:- The existing systems are not powerful enough to prevent the crime against Children and Woman. Main purpose of the system are listed below : 1) Fast process 2) Low cost of development 3) Acceptable quality. 4) Accurate Tracking Scope:- In this proposed system when the women is in danger it can be intimated immediately to the registered contact number. This system uses GPS tracking. The device uses the GPS system to get the device co-ordinates. GPS device which is incorporated in the vehicle unit gets the location information using satellites in the form of latitude and longitude real time readings. In woman safety application GPS kit and camera is used to find out location of the user and send surrounding images to emergency contact numbers. For child safety, child who were using BUS for transportation they will get registered. Bus driver will able to take attendance of students, Send Location changed notification to parents and principle also if there is over speeding of bus principle will get notification. 9 Comparison with existing system: VII. RESULTS Figure 13:Comparison with Existing System We compare our system with existing system which is Smart Foot Device for Women Safety. The smart device will be clipped to the footwear of the user and can be triggered discreetly. On tapping one foot behind the other four times, an alert is sent via Bluetooth Low Energy communication to an application on the victim s phone. Cons of this device are it generates false alarms for many times and accuracy is less than our system. As our device button trigged in dangerous condition system is achieving high accuracy is very essential. Accuracy= TP+TN TP+TN+FP+FN Accuracy is ability to differentiate input and output cases correctly. To estimate accuracy of project we should calculate the proportion of true positive and true negative in all evaluated cases. TP= True Positive condition is satisfies when system correctly identifies the change in route and emergency button pressing condition. TN= True Negative condition satisfies when system correctly identifies over speeding condition correctly. FP= False Positive condition satisfies when system incorrectly identify change in route condition and exact location of women. FN= False Negative is when the system incorrectly identifies over speed detection. Specificity= TN TN+FP Specificity is to Ability to determine cases correctly. To Estimate it we should calculate the proportion of True Negative. VIII. APPLICATION 1. Geotagging Map overlays can be created by applying location coordinates to photographs and other kind of documents. 2. Surveying Surveyors create maps and verify the boundaries of the property. 10 3. Map making Used by civilians and military cartographers. 4. Geofencing Vehicle, person or pet can be detected by using GPS vehicle Tracking system, person tracking systems, and pet tracking systems. IX. CONCLUSION Developed the module of women security which is portable GPS device with R-Pi camera. In this way women can get security at her emergency just by using this new application. Module for Child safety using Android application with parents and web portal for Location detection. From this it is observe that system is able to developed the module of women security and child security. Some limitation to this application is to send images over GPRS if GPRS speed is low image cannot be sent. In this way women can get security at her emergency just by using GPS and R-Pi kit and Child security using Android app,web portal.
