3 Terms and Conditions TERMS Net 30 days from the date of the invoice. No shipment will be made to accounts 45 days past due. All accounts turned over to collection will be responsible for all collection costs incurred by DB Products, Inc. PACKAGING Upon request, each ribbon box will be personalized with your company name and phone number, at no additional charge. All items will be packaged in neutral boxes unless otherwise arranged. FREIGHT All stock products are shipped FOB Montgomeryville, PA via UPS or FedEx unless otherwise specified. All Air or Express shipments will be provided upon request at customer expense. Blind drop shipping is also available. RETURN POLICY Products will only be accepted for return after obtaining a return authorization number (#). Products returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping errors will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Special order items are not returnable. COLORS Standard colors are: Purple, Black, Black & Red, and Purple & Red. Red, Blue, Green, and Blue & Red are available upon request for an additional charge. Nylon is our standard fabric. Silk and cotton may also be available. Please call for availability. WARRANTY DB Products, Inc. warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of the shipment. DB Products, Inc. makes no other warranty with respect to its products. PRICING Due to rapidly changing market conditions, all prices are subject to change without notice. All products will be invoiced at the price prevailing on shipment date. ORDERING All products must be ordered in standard box quantities or a $2 surcharge may apply per broken box. A $3 handling charge will apply to orders under $25.
