FOB Terms: The following FOB terms apply to all orders: Shipments under $750 net per location are shipped FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid & Add. Shipments from $750 to $1,499 net per location are shipped FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid plus $110. Shipments over $1,500 net per location are shipped FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid. The above charges are limited to deliveries to a commercial delivery dock. If no dock is available or additional services are required, additional charges are applicable. All pricing is within the contiguous US, if international freight is needed or inland freight for HI & AK additional freight will be quoted. Return Policy/Restocking Fee: The Government customer must get written authorization from Bush Industries prior to returning any products and they will also be required to pay all return freight charges. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returned products. Delivery Time: Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Most assembly occurs within 30 business days.
