2 Mercedes-Benz mbrace Connected vehicle technology built into every Mercedes-Benz mbrace is a suite of services that give owners access to their vehicle when they re not at the wheel, and access to the world when they are. mbrace consists of a standard package (mbrace Connect) and three optional subscription-based packages (mbrace Secure, mbrace Concierge and mbrace Entertain), detailed on the following pages. Electronic Subscriber Agreement (ESA) in NetStar or ipad Delivery App must be completed at time of sale to activate mbrace Connect and optional trial periods. 2

3 What s new: Summary There are four key changes to mbrace beginning with MY17 mbrace Connect Package of mbrace features included as standard on every new 2017 Consists of the mbrace Mobile App, most Mercedes-Benz Apps, remote diagnostic capabilities and Roadside Assistance via Wrench Button Credit card not required to activate Service provided Standard for 5 years Remote Start Conditions the vehicle cabin to the last HVAC setting remotely via the mbrace Mobile App Compatible 2017 Model Lines*: CLA, GLA, C-Class, GLC, E-Class Sedan, GLE, S-Class, GLS and Maybach Included with mbrace Connect * On Mercedes-Benz EV and PHEVs: Only Remote Preconditioning available Remote Diagnostics Test Provides dealership service technician with the ability to remotely retrieve diagnostic status data to help troubleshoot issues Included with mbrace Connect Mercedes me App Available summer 2016 Incorporates the features of the mbrace app into a new environment Includes Mercedes me Connect powered by mbrace, Assist, Finance, and Inspire 3

4 mbrace Connect Included for 5 years mbrace Connect allows owners to interact with their Mercedes-Benz from their phone (mbrace Mobile App) or computer (Mercedes me), use helpful in-vehicle apps (Mercedes-Benz Apps), conveniently connect with Roadside Assistance via Wrench Button, as well as let their dealer perform a diagnostic check-up remotely. 5 mbrace Secure 6-Month Trial Available 1 Thereafter $199/year 2 Requires mbrace Connect mbrace Secure provides peace of mind that emergency response and theft recovery assistance are active when the unfortunate need for help arises. 6 mbrace Concierge 3-Month Trial Available 1 Thereafter $20/month ($28/month when combined with mbrace Entertain) 2 Requires mbrace Connect and mbrace Secure mbrace Concierge provides assistance from a live person for everyday tasks, spur-of-the-moment questions and unexpected changes in plans from the vehicle or phone using the mbrace Mobile App. Personal Assistance Mercedes-Benz Concierge Turn-by-turn Route Assistance Point-of-Interest (POI) Destination Download 3 Location-based Traffic Location-based Weather 1 Credit card required to begin obligation-free trial period. Customer will be contacted by mail 4-6 weeks prior to trial period end with reminder when to cancel service to avoid incurring a charge. 2 Discounted pricing available for pre-payment extending beyond 18 months. 3 Requires NGT5 COMAND system with Navigation, which is optional on some models. 6 6

7 mbrace Entertain 3-Month Trial Available 1 Thereafter $18/month ($28/month when combined with mbrace Concierge) 2 Requires mbrace Connect and mbrace Secure mbrace Entertain provides access to a world of live radio stations, custom and genre-specific music playlists, sports broadcasts, talk radio and podcasts and the ability to create an in-vehicle Wi-Fi hotspot using the vehicle s built-in wireless connection for mbrace. Internet Radio & Wi-Fi TuneIn Radio iheartradio Wi-Fi 3 1 Credit card required to begin obligation-free trial period.
