17 Auto Warm-up of Everest Everest printers are put to sleep after 45 minutes Save power and improve longevity Warming up process can take up to 5 minutes Perennity wakes up the printer when receiving a new study Dramatically improves performance Everest is warming up while images are pre-processed Reduced waiting time for the CD printing any longer Definitely efficient when performing long examinations e.g. MRI 17

18 Improved Support of Worklists Generate Patient CD on request using the RIS Perennity is listening to the Worklist of a RIS Filter inputs based on DICOM Burner AET(s) Perennity processes studies that have been added to the Worklist Retrieve the images belonging to the study Create a Patient disc Feedback to the RIS once the Patient CD has been produced (MPPS) 18
