11 My Reports - Create reports associated with any account information that is needed. - There are previously defined reports as well as the ability to create custom defined reports. - Reports can be generated from information at a max of one year old. - These reports can be put on a schedule. - Any information over 1 year old will require Brivo Pro Services. User Reports - Generate a report directly associated with user activity and information. Activity Reports - Generate reports associated with activity on the account. In/Out Report - Generate report associated with Entrances and Exits. 10

13 Administrators - Displays a list of all admins on the account Company Info - Displays company information. - Allows editing of company information. Account Settings - Allows changes of things associated with account. Do not advise customers to tamper with these settings. Permissions - Setup templates for assistant administrators to allow access to certain sites. Custom Fields - Setup custom fields to apply to users for more detailed filtering and database control. 16 Site Directory - Access to all sites associated with account. - This menu is also used to access the doors on your account by selecting a site listed under this menu. New Site - Create a new site. Control panels - List of all control panels associated with account. - Important menu! This tells us how long it has been since the panel last checked in. - Panels check in once every 5 to 15 mins. It is important that a customer contact us if a panel has been disconnected more than 24 hours. - They may want to contact an internet provider to check for any current or recent outages in the area. - No changes can be made to a panel if it is not contacting central.
