1 Catalogue 1) How do I upload my online catalogue? First, you need to download the catalogue template by going to Account when you sign in to the ShipServ website. In Account, click the Update Company profile page which will redirect you to the Self-Service Update Tool. Go to Step 6: Catalogues the click the Download link. After you download the template, fill it out with the information about your products list. The required columns in the template are Folder 1, Part Number, Description, and UOM (Unit of Measurement). Note that Folder Name and Part Nos. should be unique. Folder 1 (Max Length: 511 characters) Main category of the product Folders 2-10 (Max Length: 511 characters) Subcategories (sub-folder) of the product PartNo (Max Length: 255 characters) Your part number Description (Max Length: 511 characters) Item Description PictureFile (Max Length: 250 characters) Name of image file associate with the item. Include the file extension but no file path. Supported formats are.jpg,.gif, and.png UOM (Max Length: 3 characters) Unit of Measurement. Must comply with the following list indicated below Cost Cost of the item

If there are errors, the row and the cell with the error will be highlighted. Please correct them and repeat the process until no further errors are highlighted. Click the Submit button at the top of the template. After submitting, you will be redirected back to Step 6: Catalogues. Fill out the required fields in the Upload section of the page then click the Upload button. Catalogue Name: Currency: Valid From: Valid To: Username: User Address:

4 Create a ZIP archive containing all the images and documents listed in the PictureFile column. Send the ZIP file to support@shipserv.com so the Service Delivery team can upload the images for you. 2) I get an error when I upload my catalogue. Please contact the Service Delivery support@shipserv.com with details of the error. 3) How do I upload images to my catalogue? 4) Where can I download the online catalogue template? 5) What information do I put in the different folders?

5 6) I have brochures in pdf format. How do I upload them? Brochures in PDF format do not qualify as Online Catalogue. You have to use the actual Online Catalogue template to publish your product list. Nevertheless, you may still upload your brochures and product list in PDF format in Step 7: Media of the Self-Service Update Tool when you clicked the Update Company Profile button when signed in to the ShipServ Pages website. 7) How do I remove / update my existing catalogue? To update your existing catalogue, please follow the instructions on #1 of this FAQ. Before uploading, make sure to use the same catalogue name for your revised catalogue with that of the existing catalogue to override it. To remove an invalid or old catalogue, please contact support@shipserv.com so the Service Delivery team can delete it for you.
