13 Terms & Agreements 1. PAYMENT In order to begin the requested work, you must pay at least 50% of the total cost of the requested design(s). The remaining amount is due 30 days from that deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If failure to pay the remaining amount due, we reserve the right to send your debt to a collections agency after 3 forms of notification of your payment failure. During the amount of time that your payment is late, your website will be inactive and you will not have access to it. If you cannot make your payment for some reason, please let us know at least 3 days prior to the due date and we can attempt to make accommodations. 2. ARTISTIC EXPRESSION While we attempt to take your preferences into consideration for all of the services, you are hiring us to do this work because we are professional designers and we will make decisions based on our professional opinion to best suit the needs of your brand, company, design, and overall success. Our #1 goal is to provide you with high quality work to represent your company and we will do so as we see fit unless otherwise discussed in writing. 3. WEBSITE The payment made here has two parts: 1) paying Axium Academy for the design and setup and; 2) your website renewal fees. The website setup requires that YOUR credit card is on the account so future automatic payments will be made by you and not on behalf of Axium Academy. We will need your credit card information in order to create your website. See invoice for website costs and Axium Academy cost breakdown. Website renewal fees in this proposal are not guaranteed pricing. Renewal fees may increase or decrease depending on the Wix.com subscription you select and if Wix.com changes their pricing. We are not responsible for communicating these renewal fees with you but your website will be created with YOUR and password so you are able to access your account and will have full control over your notification settings, renewal settings, subscription choices, and designs. 4. PRINTING The pricing listing in this proposal are subject to change due to shipping location, quantity, quality, or other changes in your order. We are not responsible for guaranteeing delivery dates, damaged packages, or any other issues that occur from the print manufacturer. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the problem from our side. 5. TIMING We cannot guarantee deliverables are ready by a specific date unless otherwise discussed. Because of the nature of design and approvals, the timing of the project depends largely on the specifications, approvals, and revisions made by the client. Each service comes with 1 revision of the final deliverable and any revisions requested after that are subject to an additional charge which will be determined by the scale of the revision.
