The first payment is due upon booking to reserve spot and is nonrefundable. Ina Fox Creative reserves the rights to reproduce, publish and display the deliverables in our portfolio and websites, and any graphic design publications or other media for the purpose of recognition. Domain registration and hosting is the responsibility of the client. However we can advice you on the domain hosting provider. Web hosting is provided by Ina Fox Creative and charged on yearly basis as per the contract. Website maintenance and updates are not included in any packages and will be billed at our hourly rate. Any changes made once the website is launched will be billed at our hourly rate of 75/hour. All projects will be invoiced electronically. All creative design suites are broken into standard three payments. First 50% deposit is due upon booking the services. Second 25% deposit is due upon design approval and the final 25% is due on the completion of the project. Website is launched once the final payment is received. We accept payments via bank transfer or credit card payments are accepted through secure processing provider - Stripe. Paypal payments are available upon request.
