4 Resolved Issues Fixes & New Features in The items below list the specific new features and fixes that have been implemented in the release. September-2018 Issue # IV-6165 IV IV Description Opening Subject Profile from a Face Recognition Alert or Incident is now audited in the Audit Log. Enhancement made to Visitor Management notifications so that notifications are only sent to newly added visitors and not to all visitors on the visit unless details of the visit are changed. Fixed behavior in desktop client so that when a user opens and closes an Incident file within the Subject Incident Tab grid, the grid no longer clears the sorting established previously. Now sending Visitor notification s as HTML text so that we can support sending property logo images in the notification. The following fields are now supported in all of the Visitor Management notification templates: Visit Sub-location, Property Logo, and Property. IV IV IV IV IV IV IV Note that Property Logo is NOT supported in the Outlook Calendar Invite template as this cannot be HTML text. Corrected the importer console so that a log window no longer appears allowing it to be run via Windows Task Scheduler without user input to close the window. Adjusted behavior of the application that prevented the saving of a Narrative if the contents included the <> characters. The application by design prevents HTML tags in input text fields to avoid XSS attacks. For this specific scenario, an change has been made to ignore addresses enclosed in <> character. Entering other HTML tags within input fields is still prevented. Corrected issue with the format of Visitor Management confirmation s generated for visits the outlook plug-in Corrected licensing issue in the application that incorrectly required the system to be licensed for the vehicle module in order to see the Visit Purposed drop down. With the correction, the visibility of this drop down is controlled by the existence of the Visitor Management module license feature. Resolved issue so that when creating a new Found Item record the Found Date is now initially populated with the current date/time. Make a correction to the application so that when user interface notifications are triggered, the Related Record Number or Related Record ID (depending on record type) are now logged under Notifications Log. 4
