6 Introduction 4 (12) 2 Introduction This document explains in details the key performance indicators [KPI] and how to configure it step by step. This feature enables the user to display the tags real time performance in your Flexy family summary page

7 KPI s 5 (12) 3 KPI s The goal of the KPI s is to provide the user a better view of some critical/favorite tags. The KPI s is configurable from the tag setup page and visible in the Summary page of the Flexy family devices. Keep in mind the number of KPI tags is limited to How to setup the KPI s Log in into the web interface of your Flexy family device and follow the steps below to create a tag

8 KPI s 6 (12) Make sure to check Enabled in the KPI section and click Add Tag

9 KPI s 7 (12) It is also possible to right click on the desired tag or multiple tags, then, Set selection as KPI. It should look like this in the Summary page

10 KPI s publishing 8 (12) 4 KPI s publishing 4.1 OPCUA client This KPI tags can be visible also in the ewon OPCUA data management How to connect the OPCUA client to a Flexy Log into the web interface of theflexy family device Follow the steps to enable the KPI s publishing in the Data Management, check Live data and KP s and click update

11 KPI s publishing 9 (12) Check if the OPCUA is Enabled and other parameters such as [Port, Tags group, Login and Export type] are correctly set, then, click Update WARNING Be aware that disabling the OPCUA server option will also disable Live data and KPI s and vice versa

12 KPI s publishing 10 (12) Open up the OPCUA client and type the IP address of Flexy family device as shown below Trust the certificate

13 KPI s publishing 11 (12) Open the Ewon Tags folder and drag the tag to the Data Access View Unified Automation UaExpert was selected as tool to easily explain how to configure the OPCUA client together with the Flexy family devices. 4.2 Export Block Descriptor Helper The Export Block Descriptor Helper [EBD] can be used to publish the KPI s tags as follow: The KPI s data type: $dtkpi The formats: JSON ($ftj), HTML ($fth), TXT ($ftt).
