9 Category Editor Edit categories using Category Editor Three ways to invoke Category Editor Choose Edit from Category List Right click on Tag Toolbar and choose Edit Categories Click Options in Extension Manager Category Editor 9

10 Use Category Editor Category Edit Mode Choose category to be edited. Category name is also edited here. 2. Make new category. 3. Delete selected category Change to Category Order Edit Mode. 15 Add Tags to a Sent Message Add tag button and tag toolbar are added to the message compose window Select tags you want to add to a sent message Send later is not supported so far. 15

16 Misc - Context Menu - Tag Toolbar's context menu has shortcuts to Edit Tags Remove All Tags Remove all tags from selected messages Remove All Tags toolbar button is also in toolbar palette Add Tag Create new tag and attache it to selected messages. The tag is added to currently selected category. Edit Tags Open Options dialog of TB and select Display tab 16

17 Misc - Context Menu - Tag Toolbar and Category List can be hidden Tag Bar is moved to the main toolbar. So, Tag Toolbar is not needed anymore. Space for Category List is used for displaying tags by hiding it. Use categoy menu to change category. 17
