2 What is the difference between Web Page and Website? Web Page is a page on a separate site that we created. We have unlimited pages on the separate site. Website is your own Website.

3 WLOV Site Books & Authors Page. It has an embedded spreadsheet that has links to Web Page or Website.

7 Weebly Free Features On-line Public Web Site(s) You can create 10 sites for free. Domain Name Sample wlov.weebly.com On-Line Build Tool - which I will show you Unlimited Space Users Permission (note user needs a Weebly account to have user permission).

9 What Weebly Does Not Have? Database Membership login (upgrade to Pro for password protected pages). File Manager (there is a way to upload and manage files) Add Table (you can embed a table/spreadsheet using Google Docs/Drive, SkyDrive/OneDrive, or Free Program NVU)

10 When you create an account, it starts with the Build Tool(s) The default is the BUILD tab. On the left are elements.

11 Next, you drag and drop an element, like Title to a page.

12 Once you get to the page, let it go.

13 Once you drop it, you see Click here to edit.

14 Once you click, you see edit options. You then type in Text.

15 Once you type in the Text, you can highlight it and make changes. Bold - Italic - Underline

16 Once you type in the Text, you can highlight it and make changes. Increase font size Decrease font size

17 Once you type in the Text, you can highlight it and make changes. Change Color Add Link Change Location

18 Once you type in the Text, you can highlight it and make changes. Remove Formatting Undo Redo

19 Fonts It doesn t allow separate Fonts on an Element Weebly has default Fonts for the 3 Text Elements Title Text Button Note - to change more different Fonts then 3, you use an embedded document or image.

20 Other Elements You have two options to get to other Elements. One is hover over and scroll down.

21 Elements Second is to click on the an icon at the top.

22 Elements It then takes you to Structure elements. Click on the next icon.

23 Elements It then takes you to Media elements. Click on the next icon.

24 Elements It then takes you to Commerce elements. Click the next icon.

25 Elements It then takes you to More elements.

26 Note Some Elements are Pro Version Pro Version Elements have a Star Icon, like SEARCH BOX

27 Next, you can add pages. Click on Pages

28 Click on Add Page and click on Standard Page

29 You see New Page and then Type in Test under Page Name

30 Then click on Save & Edit

31 You then see Test Page

33 Hide page and/or Password protect Note Password protect is Pro-version

34 Copy Page or Delete Page

35 Embed Code Element You can embed a Document like a Spreadsheet from Google Drive or MS OneDrive, etc. Note we do that on WLOV There is a YouTube element, but you can specialize YouTube using Code. You can embed a JibJab.

36 Why embed item for Books? Book(s) introduction Create your own video and upload to YouTube Create a word document and embed it Create a copy of the first Chapter, or create a PDF file and create a link. JibJab is more for fun

40 Design You can Change Theme

41 Some new Themes allow Change Background. Click on Supports backgrounds

42 Click on DESIGN OPTIONS to go back.

43 Design Then click on Change Fonts.

44 You have lots of options to change default font, color, etc.

45 Design You can Edit HTML/CSS of the Theme, which is not easy.

46 SETTINGS lots of options Give Permission Change Site Address domain Change Site Title Hide Site Title Etc.

47 STORE

48 STORE sell items, like Books You can sell 5 on Free Version. If you have more then 5, you need pro-version or a separate site. It accepts credit card, but you have to pay interest. You need pro-version for PayPal

49 PUBLISH Click on PUBLISH in upper right to Publish your site.

50 To logout or go to other sites. Click on the icon in upper right and click on My Sites or Exit Editor.

51 You then see a new page. You can add another site, purchase Domain, , etc.

52 Click on upper right to Logout.
