3 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The main objectives of the dissemination activities are to spread the NEXOF- RA to acquire the necessary knowledge and find the appropriate mechanism to exploit the project results. To date NEXO-RA has come up with some dissemination means such as one slide-based presentation and one brochure in order to promote the evolution and results of the project. NEXOF-RA FP Page 3 of 13

6 1 INTRODUCTION The purpose of this document is to provide some support dissemination means relevant to the work done in NEXOF-RA. To date, the document is structured as follows; the leaflet is included in chapter 1 and detailed information about the slide-based presentation is contained in chapter 2. 7 2 DISSEMINATION MEANS 2.1 NEXOF-RA Brochure A commercial brochure has been produced to describe NEXOF-RA to nonfamiliarized people with the project issues and outcomes. The final purpose of the brochure is to sell NEXOF-RA ideas to a broad audience and at a first glance give a rapid and useful idea about what is a Reference Service Architecture and how they can contribute to build this service-based economy of the future. 12 Strategic Impact Conclusions NEXOF-RA will design an open SaaS( Software as a service) platform to enable European companies to manage and offer their infrastructure to SaaS application developers. NEXOF-RA aims at standardising the way services are built, offered and consumed. Reference Architecture should be defined in order to allow any business domain, size and technologies. Implementing a Reference Architecture needs a large community with contributions from many sources NEXOF-RA FP Page 12 of 13

13 3 CONCLUSIONS This deliverable has summarized the preliminary version of the dissemination plan of the consortium. We have addressed community efforts buildings, instruments and means in order to reinforce the awareness of the project by the among market target. The present deliverable, as a preliminary version, it does not cover all aspects that usually are part of a consolidated plan. The next version of the deliverable will be extended to cover in greater detail what has been outlined in the current version. NEXOF-RA FP Page 13 of 13
