This will be used to save your projects, so you won t have to finish working in one sitting. Rest easy, non-vendors will not see prices, be able to upload high resolution images, or have the option to order a gallery. 2. The next screen asks you to select a project or create a new project. If this is your first time using the wall designer, you may want to create a Test project to play with while you re learning to use this tool. In the future, you ll be able to see your current projects in the dropdown menu underneath Select Project. The first time you use the wall designer, you ll be greeted by a short tour introducing you to a few useful functions. This feature is helpful when pairing colors on Double and Twin frames. 1. Click Add a Frame in the toolbar on the left side of the screen. 2. You ll see a list of frame characterstics with a variety of options for each. Click on an option to select your preference. You ll see a green outline highlighting the current selection. 3. At the bottom of the screen, you re able to choose what will be displayed in the frame.!"#$:*-)3$0=3*0,$is a photograph of the Bloom family with a white plus sign. (See A. in the above image.) Click there to upload a low-resolution image to preview your photos in your frame during the online design process. You will not receive printed images if you use this option.!"#$)#50,<$0=3*0,$*s a smaller image of the Bloom family and the WHCC logo. (See B. in the above image.) Click there to upload a high-resolution image. This option will let you see an image preview during the online design process, and will also provide you with prints from WHCC when you order your gallery. 4. When you have a frame you love, click Add Frame to complete your frame. E-*#,3&3*0,$<0#),@3$5"&,+#$/01-$:-&4#>$$Selecting portrait or landscape will not change the physical frame you receive. You ll still have the ability to hang the frame either way. This option only affects the way you ll see your frame in the designer.

5 PREVIEW YOUR FRAME F&A#$&$ G1#)3*0,H$.#,<$1)$&$ 4#))&+#7$ The first page you ll see after you ve clicked Add Frame displays the frame you just designed. Let s take a minute to chat about a few things you can do here. 1. If you opted not to upload a photo in the frame builder, you can drag and drop a photo into the frame on this screen. 2. Drag your photo around inside the frame to change the way it s cropped. Use the white slider at the bottom of the screen to zoom if necessary. 3. To make small changes to your frame, click Edit Frame in the left toolbar to return to the previous screen. If you would rather start fresh, click Add New Frame. 4. Once you re happy with your frame s look, use the green buttons at the bottom right of your screen to either save an image of your frame to your computer or add the frame to the gallery you re designing. 5. If you re still building frames for your gallery, click the gray Frame button at the top of the left toolbar. This will take you back to the frame preview screen you were just on. If you want to add another frame exactly like the one you just built, click Add to Wall at the bottom of your screen. To design a new frame, click Add Frame. 6. When you re ready to start designing your gallery, take a deep breath and move on to the next section of this tutorial. L0L0 SET UP YOUR WALL The next screen you ll see is your wall. If this is the first time you re seeing this screen, you ll see a blank wall with your frames lined up along the top edge.

Before you get started, you ll want to customize the wall so that it reflects the space you re designing. In the white toolbar on the left, click Wall Settings. At the top of the menu that pops up, you ll see options for Solid Color or Use Image. I$!"#$J)0'*<$50'0-K$0=3*0,$lets you pick a color that matches your wall. If you choose this option, be sure to enter measurements that accurately reflect the space available on your wall. I$!"#$J1)#$*4&+#K$0=3*0, lets you upload a photo of your wall. Take a photo of the space, and click Pick File at the bottom of the menu underneath Upload Your Wall. You ll need the measurements for something in the photo to make sure the wall designer is accurately showing the scale of the frames. 8'*59$"#-#$ 30$#<*3$/01-$ ;&''$$ )#33*,+)> M#3$3"#$-*+"3$4#&)1-#N 4#,3)>$ If you upload an image of your wall, we reccomend taping a piece of paper to the wall before you take the photo and entering the measurements for the paper. Try to tape the paper where you ll be placing a frame so the paper doesn t interfere with your design process.

To work around this issue, turn off alignment snapping while you place that frame. Near the top of your screen, you ll see a list of settings next to a check box. When you get started, all of the boxes will be checked, but you may want to turn some or all of these options on and off throughout the designing process. Let s chat about what each of these do: %&''$O#&)1-#4#,3) - Displays the horizontal and vertical measurements of the wall space shown in your photo. When this option is turned on, you ll see a black line and the measurement along the left and bottom sides of your wall. P-&4#$O#&)1-#4#,3)$- Displays the measurements of each frame. $P-&4#$Q&6#')$N Displays the style, size and color of each frame on the wall. R'*+,4#,3$.,&==*,+$- Makes your frames automatically align with the top, bottom or middle of other frames when moved around the wall. $.=&5#$.,&==*,+$N Controls how close a frame can be to another frame. The default is 2 inches, but you can change it in the Spacing text box underneath Spacing Snapping. When this option is turned on, you ll see a black guide box around each frame on your wall.."0;$s-*5#) - Displays the total cost for the gallery at the bottom of the screen. Click the total for an itemized cost breakdown. (The designer will not show prices unless you re signed in as a vendor.)

8 DESIGN YOUR GALLERY 1. Once you ve got a feel for the settings, it s time to add frames to your wall. Click Your Frames to bring up your collection, click on the frame you want to add to bring up your options. Then, click To Wall. 2. Drag the frames around on your wall to design your gallery. 3. To take a frame off your wall, hover over the frame with your mouse and click the red X that appears in the top left corner. 4. If you need to make tweaks to a frame in your gallery, double click the frame and click Edit Frame in the white toolbar on the left. while you experiment. In the top right corner of the screen, you ll see the name of your current project. Click that to show a drop-down menu that will show a list of your projects. (Or, just this one if you re new to the wall designer.) Next to the image of your designed gallery, you ll see three symbols. Click on the first symbol, two pieces of paper, to copy your gallery. Enter a name for your new project and click Duplicate Project..3-#35"$/01-$41'3*N3&)9*,+$41)5'#)>$You don t have to finish a gallery before starting a new one. When you re ready to start designing a new gallery, click the name of the gallery in the top right corner of your screen. That will show a drop-down menu where you can create a new project, or return to a previous one. Your current project will be saved for later! 5. 9 SHARE YOUR WORK While you re designing your gallery, you may decide you want to get creative input from someone else. To the left of your gallery, one of the three symbols you ll see is a paper airplane. Click the airplane and enter the requested information to the gallery. 10 PLACE YOUR ORDER 1. Once you re finished designing, there are just a few more steps to go from a gallery on your computer screen to a gallery on your wall that you can kick back and enjoy! 2. The green Add Hanging Guide button on the bottom of the screen will add a paper template of your gallery to your cart. By taping this template to your wall, you ll be able to easily see exactly where to hang nails and eliminate all the guess work that often comes with hanging a gallery. It s not a requirement for ordering a gallery, but we strongly recommend it! 3. On the green Add to Cart button, you ll see the total cost of your gallery. Scrolling over the button will show you an itemized breakdown of the price. Click the Add to Cart button, and you ll see a pop-up window displaying all your frames. Click Add to Cart. 4. If you already have items in your cart in the Organic Bloom Store, a pop-up window will give you the option to add your gallery to your existing cart or create a new cart. 5.
