6 First Submission

7 Application Process Applications may be submitted at the counter, ed or faxed to the city, BUT not the plans/document. Upon application acceptance first time users will receive an from ProjectDox with your account information to access the site. Follow the instructions to submit your initial plans and documents for review to the city staff. Leverage the Digital Plans ProjectDox User Guide to assist with questions on submittal standards and process.

11 Account Profile First time users must complete all fields highlighted in yellow. New password created will be used to access site for future logins for any new applications. Security question and answer can be anything you choose. For example, your dog s name or your favorite football team.

13 Submission Standards Submit plan set as single files for any of the below formats: DWG DGN DWF PDF Plans submitted in landscape mode. Submit documents as multi-page files in any of the below formats: DOC DOCX PDF File Name Length <=25 Characters. Follow city established file naming standards. Submission of corrected plans and/or documents shall use the original file name.

22 PRESCREEN REVIEW

23 Prescreen Corrections Requested Applicant will receive an notification to alert them of the request for additional information or changes required before the formal review may begin. A resubmission task is assigned to the applicant to allow comments to be reviewed, corrections made and plans to be submitted back to the city.

27 Project Status Check the overall status of your projects anytime from the home page Status column.

28 Project Status Review detailed information for the plan review under Reports.

30 Corrections Requested If corrections/information is required the applicant will receive an notification alerting the applicant of the request. Open/Accept the task to review the comments from the plan review team.

31 Review and Respond to the comments provided by the plan review staff. Correct documents and upload to the appropriate folders using the ORIGINAL file name. Review and accept the task instructions. Click the Resubmit Complete button to finalize your submission back to the city.

32 Respond to Changemarks comments from the plan reviewer. View specific comments in relation to location on the plan/document using the Markup Name column

33 Review and Respond to the comments provided by the plan review staff. Correct documents and upload to the appropriate folders using the ORIGINAL file name. Review and accept the task instructions. Click the Resubmit Complete button to finalize your submission back to the city.
