Credentials were distributed via on 3/15/18. The interim, color-balanced WMTS from Sanborn can be loaded in ArcGIS (be sure to Add WMTS Server instead of a WMS server). Credentials were distributed via on 5/25/18. The final WMS from Harris will be available around March 2019.

Interim decision: You may use the interim WMTS hosted by Sanborn in AGOL as long as you obscure the WMTS URL so the end user cannot harvest it. All respondents would like to use the final WMS hosted by Harris in AGOL (100%). Can t do both without a custom implementation. The majority (71%) do not want end-users to have the ability to harvest our imagery URLs and use them for their own purposes.

For example, the 2016 imagery will not be available to the public until February-ish when the 2018 is available for sale. The latest imagery is resold as tiles and streaming services by Harris. Older versions are available for download on OIT s FTP site. Are we still happy with this model?

Work is expected to occur from January to June Value to us Leverages our DRAPP imagery to create a new derivative product Results in LULC data for a portion of the region and methodology to follow for the remainder of the region Our contribution Determining classification, accuracy requirements and other specifications QAQC of the product so they can train and refine their algorithms Join us on September 11 th for more information.
