The new report will display the total concurrent MCU calls per customer. This is very useful for customers who have a billing plan based on concurrent MCU calls SAT Addition of new callprofile and calllegprofile Methods Acano has added three new calllegprofile methods to their API along with a new callprofile method. Synergy SKY has now updated the Meeting IQ Parameters to reflect these new additions. The three new calllegprofile methods are: Telepresence Calls Allowed Sip Presentation Channel Enabled Bfcp Mode

Acano profiles can be applied at the CoSpace, Tenant, or Customer level. Acano profiles can also be applied in configurations templates.

9 2.9.2 Add custom invoice elements Billing: Customizable billing elements. Possibility to add custom billable elements in the billing price plan: These custom elements will be added to the invoice once it has been generated, and will show up in the invoice header: Multiple domain support Each infrastructure type (where relevant) has now a table with allowed domains. This means that you have to specify the entire uri (e.g. el@synergysky.com) not only the uri user part (i.e. el) in the provisioning portal/api. The provisioning API will validate the provided domain part of the uri towards the list of allowed domains. The default domain is used for customers using our provisioning API (if no domain is specified, the default domain is applied):

10 2.9.4 Administrators allowed to set the password for a user It is now possible to manually set the password for a user. From the Administration menu, click Set Entity Password. Provide the , the new password and click Set Password : Brandable login portals (and password reset portal) Several customers have requested the functionality to brand the login portals. We now have branding profiles applied to the login portals as well. In order to apply branding, a PartnerId parameter must be used in the url, e.g. The PartnerId (actually the Id of a specific container in the tree structure, either service provider, customer or group) can be found on the Info tab for the container in the Provisioning Management in the admin portal:

This means that if you select a service provider group, all customers underneath that service provider will be represented by a bar. 12 Reports on entity (user/meeting room level) All reports (where relevant) can now be run on an entity level (as opposed to group level): Disabled linking of E.164 aliases It has been decided to disable linking of CDRs to E.164 aliases since they are unique. For example an external system reporting the same E.164 alias as a registered system in SKY would then be linked to the system registered in SKY. However, there is a way to manually enable the linking again in the Processing agent s configuration file for those customers who insist. The customers must understand the risk before we enable this functionality for them. Please see the Synergy Sky Admin Guide for suggestions on resembling E.164 aliases for linking Ňěẅ fěǻțųřěș įň Provisioning functionality We have added support for customer specific messages templates. Customization can be performed on all levels in the provisioning management tree (service provider, customer and group level). So you as a service provider can either customize a uniform message template towards all of your customers. Or you can offer a customized message template for individual customer.

13 Customer graphical branding Ability to perform basic branding in the user interface. The customer can now upload their own logo and change the font color and background color. The customer branding is supported both in the Administrator Portal and in the Provisioning Portal. Customization can be performed on all levels in the provisioning management tree (service provider, customer and group level). So you as a service provider can either customize a graphical branding towards all of your customer. Or you can offer a customized graphical branding for individual customers Customization of Service Names We have now introduced the possibility to change the default name of the different services Meeting Room provisioning It is now also possible to use configuration templates for provisioning of meeting rooms. Prior to this release this was only support for the entity type users.

Synergy SKY will now retrieve data from the Polycom DMA and Polycom RMX for generating of call reports and billing information Microsoft Lync support With this version we have added support for Microsoft Lync. See the Synergy SKY Administrator Guide v3.4.5 for more details. 6.2 Fįřěfǿx When generating customer reports, it is not possible to expand the customer hierarchy beyond the top level. We recommend using Chrome to generate customer reports. 6.3 Pǿŀỳčǿm There are limitations with call matching for Polycom H.323 calls.
