3 1 Bug fixes / extensions 1.1 V (Setup Release) o Bug Fix Host: After the first installation the application could not be started. The config.xml was not created however searched by the host CanAddIn: The AddIn can now also be loaded without CAN hardware being installed BasicAddIn: For approx. 92 %, loading an IEC application leads to an error message. Now this error no longer occurs BasicAddIn: The execution of the function "Write NodeId or baud rate" now takes 3000 ms longer. The reason is the new start of the controller since another execution of the function when the controller has not yet been started up leads to an error message in the maintenance tool (timeout). BasicAddIn: Language adaptation was carried out. o Modifications Set-up: The old maintenance installation is removed first. Set-up: The readme.txt files were removed Host and all AddIns: The entry Release:... in the AboutDialog was removed. The exact version can be found in the properties of the file: Windows XP: see version --> product version Windows 7: see details --> product version Host: The visible use of the memory capacity of the application including the add-ins was reduced BasicAddIn: During each maintenance communication with the controller the user is asked to confirm a warning since the controller is stopped during communication o Feature Set-up: The set-up can now also be carried out under Windows7 64 bit Host: The application is now also running under Windows7 64 bit GERMANY page 3 of 20

4 1.2 V (Setup Release) o Bug fix EthernetAddIn: The title in the settings does not react to the language selection (instead of "Settings" it is "Einstellungen" in EN). Host: Shifting error windows and closing a background window are not possible. AddIns (IP, CAN, CanUtilities, Basic and PDM360) AddIns remain when ALT has been pressed. BasicSystemAddIn: Misleading user query after application download CanAddIn: If the system language is missing, the AddIn is not loaded. CanAddIn: The second interface of CANUSB (Sontheim GmbH) cannot be used. Host: Error when renaming the AddIn text in the AddInBrowser BasicSystemAddIn: If the system language is missing, the AddIn is not loaded. CanUtilitiesAddIn: If the system language is missing, the AddIn is not loaded. EthernetAddIn: If the system language is missing, the AddIn is not loaded. BasicSystemAddIn: The description was changed to "ecomat mobile Basic System". BasicSystemAddIn: Only *.resx files can be downloaded. The associated *.md5 is downloaded automatically. The name of the *.md5 must, however, be the same as of the *.resx file. Example: Test.resx Test.md5 or Test.resx.md5. Host: Information, warnings and errors reported as MessageBox have the focus and can be acknowledged by clicking on ESC/Return. Host: The window title line indicates the loaded AddInbrowser configuration. Host: The root element of the AddInBrowser indicates the ecomat mobile logo. 9 BasicSystemAddIn: The Identity menu item was revised. The Software Information and Application Information items have been added. Both items indicate the respective information as from BasicSystem (firmware) version V02. BasicSystemAddIn: A new Commands menu item was created. 12 Info: For some changes the menu item ToolsRefresh AddIn of the Maintenance application has to be executed. 1.3 V (Setup Release) o Bug Fix BasicAddIn: It is not possible to load an IEC application to a controller with the BasicSystem version <= V The fault was removed. 1.4 V (setup release) o Bug fix Host: The AddIn cannot be loaded if other programs use too much of the CPU capacity. The error message (system message) "Could not create AddInProcess.exe process within10 seconds." is displayed. The application requires a lot of processing time from the CPU when loading AddIns. If other programs requiring much processing power are already running, the application cannot load the AddIn in the specified time. BasicAddIn: In the BasicSystem version V changing between the baud rates 20 kbaud and 125 kbaud has no timeout any more. BasicAddIn: Umlauts (ÖÜAöüa) in the csv file are not correctly shown on the BasicDisplay CR0451 o Feature / changes Host: The application can be started from the network drive. BasicAddIn: CsvEditor Table for entering the CSV data. Import File returns CRC checksum error for memory and var retain data. Load software from pc to device (*.resx or *.h86) does not continue after loading the runtime system segment. This happens only if using CAN communication (serial works fine). In case of incorrect controller (i.e. controller not supporting file system), the addin displays successful file transfer operation when file download operation is attempted. Run any feature on a CRxx33 controller throws a timeout error message. Loading (upload / download) memory or var retain data failed for CRxx33 controller over CAN and RS232. CRC checksum error after loading the runtime system to the controller (only CRxx33) File System feature the file size can be inconsistent. Maintenance Tool does not allow downloading of files having the same name to the File System V (Setup Release) o BugFix The RM (CANremote) AddIn can be loaded without an error message. The AddIn is marked red in the AddIn browser, but he CANremote AddIn itself works fine. GERMANY page 15 of 20

CanUtility - Import an EDS file: It is possible to import an EDS file. CanUtility - Option tab settings: Set CAN trace data interpretation and file settings in the options tab. Host - First steps wizard: A first step wizard is added which guides the user to select and load the AddIns. Host - Load a specific AddIn browser configuration: The user is able to set/reset an option that the last configuration will be automatically loaded on Maintenance startup. Compatibility files online update: While loading Maintenance Tool checks the compatible files contains in web server if any newer updated files are present then copy files from server to local path. Note: This compatibility file check only for Basic System Addin and R360 System AddIn Warning for communication with safety devices via non-safe communication addin: In case the safety devices are being accessed via non-safe communication AddIn, an appropriate warning (Confirmation message box) should be displayed indicating that the intended operation would be a non-safe operation. Example: safety devices - CR7132, CR7032, CR7201, CR7021, CR7506 AddIn Background safety color: AddIn Background Safety color visible if these AddIns are TUV certified and to use with Safety controllers (Setup Release) o Closed Defects R360System - 16 bit Safe - Download: Downloading RuntimeSystem to CR7201 gives "Object reference not set" error Host - LoadConfig: Maintenance V crashes when using existing xml files config R360 - RS232: Identity read Safety device gives error Batch - Load: loading.prg and.bin files from PC to device giving error GERMANY page 20 of 20
