4 1. Contents for This Release The Service Release 2.2 is a Single Image Release for Pegasus1, Pegasus2 (R and M) which focus on a new Thunderbolt 2 product, Pegasus2 M4. Furthermore, this release also includes new features and bug fixing on Firmware, Mac driver, Windows Driver and Promise utility. All of them can be applied to Pegasus1 and Pegasus2 series. 2. Release Notes and Versions 2.1 New Features Support Pegasus2 M4. Support Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 for Pegasus2 R4, R6, R8 and M4 Full Support MAID 2.0 (Park, Low Rotation Speed and Spin Down) Enhance Read Performance around 20%~30% Note: For the user who was upgraded from SR2.02 to SR2.2, to have this feature will need to enable Force Read Ahead which can be set via MAC utility.
