3 Welcome Congratulations on your adoption of the Adaptiva Windows 10 Accelerator Program. In this welcome guide, we will point you to all of the relevant information needed to plan, deploy, and maintain Windows 10. The program includes three kinds of resources, and this welcome guide provides details on how to access them:: - Products - Microsoft solutions and community tools - Downloaded files in Windows 10 Accelerator Program.zip file The guide is organized by deployment stage: plan and test, deploy, and maintain, listing all three type of resources wherever the apply. An appendix includes a large table named "Download Contents" which lists every file included in the Windows 10 Accelerator Program.zip file. Products The program includes two key Adaptiva products: OneSite and Client Health for Windows 10. The licensing information and activation keys for these products will be provided through your individual Adaptiva sales representative. The rest of the components of the Windows 10 Accelerator Program are accessible through this document. With extremely well-designed processes, success rates are much higher than at an average company. Administrators spend less time in deployment, and less time trouble-shooting failed systems.
