1 Wells Fargo Commercial Electronic Officer (CEO) New User Setup Upon receipt of the request from accounting and form 2211 to add you as a new signatory on a bank account, you will be granted access to CEO. Commercial Electronic Office, or CEO, is the Wells Fargo online portal for commercial bank accounts. You will receive two s from Wells Fargo that includes your logon information. The best way to access the CEO portal, is to go the Wells Fargo website: In the main navigation line, click the tab for Commercial. Then, click the button on the left to Sign On to the Commercial Electronic Office Portal. You might want to save this as a favorite within your browser. To begin using the CEO portal, you will need to complete the new user setup. 1. Enter your Company ID and User ID on the CEO portal Sign on screen. 2. Enter the temporary password you received. 3. Select Sign On.

2 The Change Password step of the New User Setup will display. Please note the requirements as you pick your password and note that you will be prompted to change your password every 90 days. 1. Enter your temporary password. 2. Enter and re-enter your new password. 3. Select Create.

3 The Secret Questions step of the New User Setup will display. 1. Select Secret Question 1 and 2 from the drop-down menu. 2. Enter Answer 1 and 2. Your answers can only contain: o Letters o Numbers o Apostrophes o Hyphens o Spaces 3. Select Continue.

4 The Terms of Use step of the New User Setup will display. Read and accept the Terms of Use. To view the Terms of Use later, select Terms of Use in the footer at the bottom of the CEO home screen or the Sign on screen. Once you accept, the Profile step of New User Setup will display. Complete all the required information and select Save. You will be asked to provide a land line (use 1 as the country code) and given the option to add a cell phone number. The cell phone is optional and if you don t want to provide that, just click that you will do it later. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation. Select Continue to CEO to go to the CEO portal.

Eventually, you will be able to access up to seven years of your statements here. The second option is Event Messaging.

7 Next Step Now that you have logged in, you should have two options within CEO. The first is Statements and Notices. When you click on that option, you will see links for your bank statements. For your security, passwords expire every 90 days. When a password nears its expiration, the CEO portal will remind you to change your password. Typically, you have ten days to change your password from the time of the first reminder. You can change your password no more than once each day. On the CEO home screen, access the drop-down menu by selecting your name at the top left and selecting Change Password. If you forget your password, select Forgot Password? on the Sign on screen. If you are already signed on to the portal, access the drop-down menu by selecting your name at the top left and selecting Change Password. If you try to sign on three times in a row with an invalid password, your user ID will become locked and you will not be able to change your password online. To ensure this does not happen, be sure to change your password before your third try. If you do become locked out of the CEO portal, contact the Treasury Department at TreasuryDepartment@palmbeachschools.org or call toll free at 800-AT-WELLS ( ), option 2, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, or Saturday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Time. When you change your password, you will receive an to confirm that you made the change. If you did not make the change and received an confirmation, it could alert you to possible fraud. You will also receive an confirmation when a bank operator or your administrator changes your password.

9 Password Guidelines CEO portal passwords must contain the following: 8 to 14 characters At least one number At least one letter At least one of the following special # $ % & * ( ) Passwords cannot be the same as, or include: Your first name Your last name Company name Company ID User ID Previous six passwords Names of months (Example: march123) The same character repeated 3 times or more (Example: 2Kaaa5) Protect Your Passwords and Information Some basic steps you can take to protect your personal and account information, include: Do not share or write down your password. Note: For security purposes, you cannot use your local browser or third party password management software to save your CEO password. Change your password regularly. Always exit the CEO portal by selecting Sign Off.

10 Forgotten Password To access the CEO portal if you forget your password: 1. Select Forgot Password? on the Sign on screen. 2. Enter your Company ID and User ID and select Continue. 3. Enter Answer 1 and Answer 2 of your Secret Questions and select Continue.

11 4. Enter and re-enter your new password and select Create. A confirmation of your password change will display.

12 Required Password Change When your password has expired and you are not signed on the CEO portal, you will be required to change your password before you can continue. When you are directed to change your password: 1. Enter your current password. 2. Enter and re-enter your new password. 3. Select Update.
