Yes but not with PDMS How accurate is PCD? Just as accurate as Hazmap 3mm What are the timescales from survey to design team? About half the time of Hazmap Do I require additional software? Yes from AVEVA and the scanner vendor How much does it cost? Comparable costs to Hazmap

Faster data capture in the field, and post processing onshore about half the time of Hazmap Ability to walk between scanner positions inside the point cloud data View above as well as around System clash check between PDMS and survey data using AMEC or AVEVA clash manager Destruct/demolish items can be archived from the point cloud data Measurement between plant items can be accomplished much more efficiently and intuitively Less operator skills required to navigate around data and measure 3D positional data Much better fit into the AMEC Integrated Project Environment More suited to distributed engineering over multiple locations
