1 STEPS TO INSTALL PcZEALOUS [Professional]: Double Click on the PcZealous [Professional] Setup.exe file. In the welcome screen as shown below, Click the Next button Read the Software License Agreement, Choose I Accept the terms of the License Agreement and click on Next button. Copyright Page 1 of 14

2 Read the Information and Click on the Next button: Browse for the Installation Folder location (if other than default location) and Click on Next button: Copyright Page 2 of 14

5 START USING PcZealous [Professional] : Double Click the PcZealous [Professional].exe Enter the serial key for PcZealous [Professional] for the first time only. Start using PcZealous [Professional]. Copyright Page 5 of 14

6 Features available in Pczealous [Professional] LOCK / UNLOCK FILE: File Locking: - You can lock your file (except flat file) which contains any personal or important data using password. Steps to lock a file: Click on LOCK / UNLOCK FILE button. Select File Locking. Select your file which you want to lock. Click on Lock File button. Enter the password. Click on OK. Steps to unlock the locked file: Again click on LOCK / UNLOCK FILE button. Click on Unlock File button. Enter the locker password. Click on OK to unlock your file Copyright Page 6 of 14

7 Folder Locking: - You can lock your folder which contains any personal or important data using password. Steps to lock a file: Click on LOCK / UNLOCK FILE button. Select Folder Locking. If you are new user then click on Create a Folder Locker button. Now a new folder named Locker is created. To view the Locker folder click on Browse for Locker button. Enter into Locker folder. Place all your important file(s) into the locker folder. Click on Folder Locking button under PcZealous [Professional] program. Now you will notice that Create a Folder Locker button is changed to Unlock the Locker button. Click on Unlock the Locker button to lock the folder. Enter locker password. Click on OK. Since the folder is locked so will you will not find your folder. Steps to unlock the locked folder: Again click on LOCK / UNLOCK FILE button. Click on Unlock the Locker button. Enter the locker password. Click on OK to unlock your file. Copyright Page 7 of 14

8 ENCRYPT / DECRYPT FILE: File Encrypting: - You can encrypt your file which contains any personal or important data so that nobody can alter the file. Steps to encrypt a file: Click on ENCRYPT / DECRYPT FILE button. Select the file which you want to encrypt. Click on Encrypt / Decrypt button to encrypt the file. Steps to decrypt a file: Click on ENCRYPT / DECRYPT FILE button. Select the encrypted file. Click on Encrypt / Decrypt button to decrypt the file. Copyright Page 8 of 14

9 FAT TO NTFS: FAT to NTFS conversion: - You can convert your FAT file system to NTFS file system without any data loss. Steps to convert FAT volume to NTFS volume: Click on FAT TO NTFS button. Select the FAT volume to be converted to NTFS volume. (if available) Click on Convert to NTFS button. Enter the Volume label of the drive to be converted to NTFS. Press Enter key. 10 SECURE DELETION: Secure Deletion:- To permanently delete a file so that nobody can recover that file in original states. Steps for Secure Deletion: Click on SECURE DELETION button. Click on Yes button. Select the file you want to delete. Click on Open Button to permanently delete a file. Copyright Page 10 of 14

11 SYSTEM CLEANER: System Cleaner: It removes all temporary files, junk files, cookies and recent document entries from your PC. Steps for Clean your PC: Click on SYSTEM CLEANER button. Click on SCAN button To remove all unwanted files from your PC click on Remove All Items button. To remove a particular file from your PC, select the file from the list and click on Remove Selected Item button. To remove these files including Cookies check the Remove Cookies check box. 12 SYSTEM INFORMATION: System Information: It displays complete information about your PC. Steps to get System Information: Click on SYSTEM INFORMATION button. Use Refresh button to refresh the information page. Use Load Info button to reload the information. Copyright Page 12 of 14

13 STEPS TO UNINSTALL PcZEALOUS [Professional]: Open Control Panel. Double Click on Add Remove Program (Windows XP /Earlier Version) or Program and Features (Windows Vista / Windows 7 or Higher Version). Choose PcZealous [Professional]. Click on Uninstall. Follow the steps. Copyright Page 13 of 14
