3 Overview This tutorial will cover some of the features that are available to the Master Account, which may not be accessible to their child accounts. How it Works? The following document will walk you through the some of the features. In this tutorial, we re only going to cover some of the basic features found in the My Account page. Also, please refer to the online help for more detailed information. Requirements You are required to have a DocVerify account to follow along this tutorial. If you don t have an account, you can get a free account by going to however, some features covered may not be available with all editions. 4 My Account Page: First, you must sign in to DocVerify using your account. If you don t have an account, you can get one for free by going to Click the My Account button found on the top. P a g e 4

5 Account Tab: After the My Account page loads, and if the account is in good standing, the Account tab is selected by default as shown below. The account tab will allow you to view your log in info, basic account info, and this is where you would change your password. P a g e 5

6 Credits Tab: The credits tab allows you to view your remaining credits and you current usage. The current usage also includes the usage from all child accounts as well if the account has multiple users. In the event more credits are needed, more can be purchased by clicking the Purchase Credits button. Note: This option may not be available if your credit card information is not online with an active edition or your account is invoiced. P a g e 6

7 Notary Tab: The Notary tab is for commissioned notaries, and it may not pertain to all users. This tab allows any notary to participate in the DocVerify Notary directory at no charge; however; in order to e-notarize documents through DocVerify you must be a commissioned notary in a state which permits electronic notarizations. To add yourself to the directory, simply click on the button so that it says Yes if it s on No, and enter your information. P a g e 7

8 API Tab: Click the API tab in order to select it. The API tab will give you access to some of DocVerify s more powerful features. The DocVerify API s will aloow you to create your own custom applications, mobile applications, etc., where they would utilize the DocVerify system transparently. Please refer to the developers documentation found in the DocVerify developer portal for more information. Webhook System The Webhook system add-on is a great tool if you want to receive real time updates delivered directly to your own systems on any DocVerify document. The webhook system will even send you the final document as well, allowing you to instantly store it within your own internal systems. From this page you can set up the URL where you want the real time updates to go as well as other options such as POST only or to send the signed documents or not. Easy Sign System The Easy Sign System add-on is another powerful feature which allows you to have documents viewed and signed directly from within your own website. It offers many different options, and please refer to the online help for more detailed information about the options. P a g e 8

9 Preferences / Features Tab: The preferences and features are covered in detail in DocVerify s online help as there are too many to cover in this tutorial. To get to Preferences / Features, click the Preferences / Features tab. Some of the options on this page may not be accessible to child accounts, and only the master account or designatated admins can changes some options. P a g e 9

10 View / Modify Subscription Tab: To get to the View / Modify Subscriptions settings, click the View / Modify Subscriptions tab. This tab allows the master to access the other pages such as the User Management page, custom branding, etc. For more information about any of the options or settings for this tab, please refer to the online help. Note: If your account is invoiced through DocVerify or a reseller some of the options or buttons shown below may not be applicable. User Management This section allows you to add or remove users / licenses, as well as give you access to the User Management page. For more information, please also look at the user management tutuorial for a step by step guide on it s usage found in the help section. Branding From here you can set up your custom branding by adding your company s text and your logo if you want, so that when signers receive an or go to the signature page they ll know it s from you or your company. 11 CRM Tab: CRM stands for customer relational management, and DocVerify is currently integrated with Salesforce.com, and Oracle s fusion CRM for seemless e-signature functionality from these platforms. As we add more CRM s, this is wehere you would go to configure the credentials so that DocVerify is permitted to send and receive documents from these systems. DocVerify has many tutuorials, guides, and online help that describes step by step on how to integrate these different platforms.
