1 Welcome to dayz Fashion Business to Business. To enter our B2B webshop, please visit (make sure you use this link for B2B entry at all times, do not register or login at this is our B2C shop. When enterring our B2B dayz shop, you ll find a LOG IN icon at the top-right side of your screen. Existing customers are able to login with their credentials, new businesses should click on the click here to register link to create an account. 1. Register a new account You will see the following screen in front of you when you re about to create an account on our dayz B2B shop. Please choose an address which you would like to use fort his registration. Please note that it is not possible to change this address later on. When you ve entered your preferred address, please click register to continue the registration process.

2 The registration process will appear on your screen after clicking register. Please fill in the required information correctly. Please note: if you do not have a Chamber of Commerce number, you may fill in a fictive number in the required field. When all fields have been filled in, please click continue. The next step requires you to fill out your address information. When all fields are filled in correctly, please click continue. The next step requires you to provide contact information. When all fields are filled in correctly, please click register. Don t forget to sign up for our newsletter by checking the box.

3 You have now created your own dayz B2B account. You ll see an overview of your account information and other useful information, such as: - My orders: An overview of the orders placed with your account will show - My account info: Here you ll be able to change your password - My addresses: Change or add delivery addresses to your account Your account is now under review. Dayz will verify your account information as soon as possible. You are able to place your first order already, however you are not able to pay by invoice yet. The first order requires a minimum order amount of 500 (excl. TAX) and should be paid directly online. When dayz has verified your account, a credit check will be done. If this credit check is successful, you will be able to pay by invoice for future orders. 2. Placing an order while under review Although your new account is currently under review, you are still enabled to place your first dayz order. This process is fairly easy and quite straightforward. Just pick your favourite dayz items, whether in loose pairs and/or per size pack and add them to your shopping bag. Whenever you re ready (and reached the required minimum amount of 500 ex. Tax) you ll find yourself able to finalize and pay your order. The following example visualizes the shopping bag and check-out process:

4 The example account has added 18 Aspen vests in size S to its shopping bag. Since the total amount exceeds 500,- we are ready to finalize the order by clicking order now. The check-out is divided into three parts: 1. ITEMS & DELIVERY By clicking the little + sign at the right, an overview of the articles in my shopping bag will show 2. DELIVERY ADDRESS You ll be able to change the preferred delivery address by clicking the + sign at the right. You might choose to have the items delivered to the same address as your invoice address, however you might want to have it delivered somewhere else; you ll be able to change delivery address information here. 3. PAYMENT At the moment you ll be able to choose between the payment methods shown under PAYMENT. When your account has been approved by dayz and has had a successful credit check, you ll find the option pay by invoice here as well.

5 Please note: handling costs of 5,95 (ex. Tax) will be charged for each order. When you have successfully finalized your order, a confirmation will be send to your address, you ll find your order number on it as well as an overview of the ordered articles. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, an including track & trace information will be send to your address as well. The invoice of your order will be send to your address within 2 hours after placing the order.
