4 1 QUICK START GUIDE: ACCESS TO THE VIRTUAL DESKTOP 4 To access Virtual Desktop main page type in the browser the url and click on MyOffice - Login

8 1 QUICK START GUIDE: ADD AN APP TO FAVORITES 8 5. You could add a virtual applications to FAVORITES tab clicking on app Details and then Add to Favorites. Ask your Bulgari Helpdesk if you need more virtual applications

9 2 QUICK START GUIDE: ACCESS TO THE SSL VPN 9 If you need a direct connection to Bulgari Network, instead of use your virtual applications, you could use the SSL VPN access. With SSL VPN your pc will be directly connected to Bulgari network and you could execute every task like if connected on office or shop. To access SSL VPN main page type in the browser the url select MyOffice Login and link at direct connection to Bulgari Network.

12 2 QUICK START GUIDE: ACCESS TO THE SSL VPN 12 For first access on SSL VPN you need to install Citrix Netscaler Gateway plug-in. If the Citrix Netscaler Gateway plug-in has not been already installed on the pc, click on Download and select Run on the browser security window. IMPORTANT: To install Citrix Netscaler Gateway plug-in you need to have administrator rights on your pc. Click on Install and follow all installation steps.

13 2 QUICK START GUIDE: ACCESS TO THE SSL VPN 13 Once installed the plug-in will start the connection to Bulgari VPN SSL. To logoff from SSL VNP you need to right click on agent icon and select and confirm Logoff. On the system tray you could find the agent icon and any important message will be displayed by the agent to let you know the connection status. Once established your browser will be redirected to MyBulgari portal. IMPORTANT: If on your pc has been already installed the Citrix Receiver, the Citrix Netscaler Gateway plug-in will be included like an extension on Citrix Receiver agent. If Citrix Receiver is already installed you could find the icon on system tray. In this case to logoff from SSL VNP you need to right click on agent icon and select Advanced Preferences, Netscaler Gateway then Logoff.

14 3 CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD 14 Once connected to your personal virtual desktop you could also change your domain password. IMPORTANT: Should be possible to change exclusively active password. In case of password expired the system will ask you automatically the renewal during the login phase. In case of renewal it is mandatory to know your last used password. 15 3 CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD 15 From your Virtual Desktop, click on your name and select Change Password from list menu. Insert your current password, twice your new password and lick OK

16 4 CHANGE YOUR PIN 16 Change your PIN from your authenticated Browser 1. Go to inwebo login page and click Change PIN 2. Enter your current PIN, your new PIN two times and click Validate 1. 2a. 2b.

17 4 RESET YOUR PIN 17 Reset your PIN from your authenticated Browser 1. Go to inwebo login page and click I forgot my PIN 2. Click on Receive a recovery code on my to receive the recovery code 1. 2.

18 4 RESET YOUR PIN 18 Reset your PIN from your authenticated Browser 3. Select the recovery code from the received 4. Insert the code in inwebo and Validate 3. 4.

20 4 UNLOCK YOUR PIN 20 Unlock your User from your authenticated Browser 1. If your User is locked go to to inwebo login page and click on Receive a recovery code on my to receive the recovery code 1.

21 4 UNLOCK YOUR PIN 21 Reset your PIN from your authenticated Browser 2. Select the recovery code from the received 3. Insert the code in inwebo and Validate 3. 4.

22 4 UNLOCK YOUR PIN 22 Reset your PIN from your authenticated Browser 4. Insert your new PIN two times and Validate 5. Your PIN is successfully unlocked 5. 6.

23 4 CHANGE YOUR PIN FROM MOBILE APP 23 Change your PIN from Mobile App 1. Open inwebo Authenticator, click on Tools and then Change inwebo PIN 2. Enter your current PIN, your new PIN two times and click Change 1. 2.

24 4 RESET YOUR PIN FROM MOBILE APP 24 Change your PIN from Mobile App 1. Open inwebo Authenticator, click on Tools and then Reset inwebo PIN 2. To execute the reset you need an unlock code. Please follow Unlock procedure or ask IT Helpdesk 1. 2.
