15 3. How to use SBC System (2/6) Save attached files at moffice Can not save attached files to user PC, so must save to office virtual server, SBC. To save attached files, click a attached file and click Save as on popup. After save as pop up, save in personal SBC server. (can make folders) Must select SBC Document (U:) (Other directory can damage files) (Not only mail systems, whole systems in SBC) *Warning : SBC server is temporary space, so not save files for a long time. (can not guarantee damage) 15

16 3. How to use SBC System (3/6) Attach files in moffice Can attach at user PC directly, but can not save SBC server to user PC. Click New and open a new message file. Click Attachment and click Find on popup. Click Local Disk and select file to attach. 1 2 User PC space *Warning : Can not save files in SBC Documents to user PC. 16
