2 KARL STORZ Arthroscope Sheaths for fast and secure telescope-sheath connections In addition to continuously perfecting the functional and ergonomic features of our arthroscope sheaths, KARL STORZ also takes individual preferences into account. Consequently, we offer three different telescope-sheath locking s, various sheath tip designs and a choice between rotating and fixed stopcocks. The surgeon may choose from an exceptionally wide portfolio of KARL STORZ arthroscope sheaths that leaves nothing to be desired. 2

4 KARL STORZ arthroscope sheaths are characterized by the following special features: Stable and secure telescope-sheath connection 1. Standard coupling 2. Snap-in coupling 3. Automatic lock-in coupling High mechanical stability Homogenous transition from the obturator to the distal tip ensures atraumatic entry of the arthroscope sheath into the joint Sheaths can be fully dismantled for effective cleaning and reprocessing A specially designed gasket attachment enables rapid closure of the sheaths and their use as a working channel for introducing instruments. This gasket attachment can be used with all KARL STORZ arthroscope sheaths KARL STORZ high-flow system ensures a high flow of irrigation liquid without disruptive turbulence 4
