1 Лист 1 1. Application and scope The valve position controllers, DXR, TXP, TXS, TVL, TVH, TVF are designed to control and provide feedback about the position of the combination actuator / valve. The controllers are designed for use in hazardous areas in accordance with the assigned explosion protection marking. 2. Product description and means that provide Explosion protection. Controllers are an electronic unit enclosed in a housing, the housing material is indicated in Table 1. The electronic unit contains 1 to 6 switches or sensors, an additional position transmitter (potentiometer) and a communication module. The shaft assembly passes through the base of the housing to which either a potentiometer is connected (provides information on the position of the actuator of the connected valve) or a disc with metal jaws that is mounted to activate limit switches installed around the shaft or a combination of both. On the top of the housing is a visual indicator that is mechanically connected to the shaft assembly inside to provide an indication of the position of the actuator / valve. On the side of the controller housing, a control pneumatic valve can be additionally installed to control the drive (requires a separate conformity assessment). Marking.
