1 How to understand a pdf file invoice.pdf files are used by Eseye to send invoices to customers. For help in finding an invoice, see: How to locate an invoice. The.pdf invoice is comprised of a front page and SIM card page(s). The front page shows the bill for the entire estate of SIM cards and the SIM card page(s) detail the individual SIM cards and there usage. 1 Front Page Box 1 Box 2 Box 3 Box 4 Box 5 An example.pdf file front page. 1.1 Box Invoice Date This displays the date that the invoice was created on Invoice Number This displays the code for the invoice assigned by Eseye. Should a query need to be raised regarding the invoice it would be helpful quote this number.
2 1.1.3 Customer PO Reference This displays the purchase order which relates to this bill Customer VAT Number This displays the VAT number of the customer. 1.2 Box 2 This displays the address of the billed company and the address which receives the shipments. 1.3 Box 3 This displays the amount of active SIM cards in the account. 1.4 Box 4 This displays the total billed, split by item and VAT but not by SIM card this is detailed in the SIM card pages.
3 1.5 Box 5 This displays the details of how to pay Eseye, with BACS details, bank details, company number, VAT number and contact details. 2 SIM card page(s) An example.pdf file SIM card page. 2.1 SIM Number This Row displays the integrated circuit card identifier (ICCID) of the SIM card. 2.2 Phone Number This row displays the Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number (MSISDN) of the SIM card. 2.3 Package This row displays the number of the Eseye tariff that defines the pricing and configuration of the SIM card. 2.4 Friendly Name This row displays the Friendly Name of the SIM card So you can easily recognise the SIM we recommend the site location or the purpose of the data connection, for help with setting the Friendly Name see: How to change Friendly Name of a SIM card. 2.5 Group Name This row displays the Group Name that the SIM card belongs to.
4 For help with setting the Group Name see: How to add or edit the Group Name of a SIM card or How to add or edit the Group Name of multiple SIM cards. 2.6 Service Charges This displays the details of the service charges, which cover both the active subscription on the HLR MNO and any bundled usage. Service charges are billed in advance Monthly billing The service charges are per calendar month. Due to the service charges being billed in advance the first bill will include two lines labelled Service per SIM card. This will total over one month s agreed service charge, because the bill includes the partial first month (prorated for the number of active days) and the second month. This appears as two lines on the bill the first is in advance of the upcoming month. The second is for the period that the SIM card was activate in the month before the billing date. This section has three columns: Column 1 Column 2 Column Column 1 Description This column displays a human readable description of the Service Charge Column 2 Period This column displays the period that the Service bill is for Column 3 - Amount This column displays the amount billed for the Service. For partial months it is pro-rated for the active days Annual billing The service charges are billed in advance. You will have one Service row for each SIM card Column 1 Description This column displays a human readable description of the Service Column 2 Period This column displays the period that the Service bill is for Column 3 - Amount This column displays the amount billed for the Service.
5 2.7 Data Charges This displays the details of mobile data used by a SIM card in the billing period. This is calculated and billed in arrears Column 1 Description This column displays a human readable description of the Data, it can include a geographical region (e.g. zone 1) and a rounded quantity of the amount Column 2 Period This column displays the period that the Data was used during the billing period Column 3 - Amount This column displays the amount billed for the Data. 2.8 SMS Charges This displays the details of the SMS (small messaging service) used by a SIM card in the billing period. This is calculated and billed in arrears Column 1 Description This column displays a human readable description of the SMS, it can include a geographical region (e.g. zone 1) and a quantity of the amount Column 2 Period This column displays the period that SMS were used during the billing period Column 3 - Amount This column displays the amount billed for the SMS. 2.9 OffNetVoice Charges This displays the details of the voice calls used by a SIM card in the billing period. This is calculated and billed in arrears Column 1 Description This column displays a human readable description of the voice calls, it can include a geographical region (e.g. zone 1) and a time duration Column 2 Period This column displays the period that the voice calls were used during the billing period Column 3 - Amount This column displays the amount billed for the voice calls.
6 2.10 Connection Total This row displays the total amount billed for this SIM card.
