Can I subscribe to StarHub and retain my mobile number? Yes. We offer free permanent Number Retention service for your SingTel or M1 number. Please do not terminate your SingTel or M1 number on your own and ensure that you are not under any binding contract with SingTel or M1. Please fill up the Number Retention form. The Number Retention service will take effect about 2-5 working days from the day you collect the SIM card. I am an existing StarHub subscriber of the Public Plan, can I convert to StarHub Membership Program? Yes, upon early re-contract of existing StarHub line after 12 months (before 21 months), with the purchase of handset, early re-contract fees may apply, or proceed with standard re-contract after 21 months of the existing StarHub line and purchase a handset. StarHub Membership Program mobile sign up eligibility Each employee (Singaporean, PR & EP holder) can sign up to 6 CIS mobile lines* under personal liability. Each employee (S PASS / WP holder) can sign up to 1 CIS mobile line & and 1 data line (MaxOnline / MaxMobile) under personal liability. For existing StarHub users, in order to be eligible for StarHub Membership Program discount on their current mobile plans, customer needs to: Do an EARLY re-contract of their existing StarHub line after 12 months (before 21 months), with the purchase of handset and top up an additional of $300 on top of the handset price, Or re-contract after 21 months of their existing StarHub line and purchase a handset. For customers switching from M1 or ST to StarHub here are the conditions: The ST/ M1 line must not be on any contract The ST / M1 line must be under the same name and same NRIC registered as the new StarHub line. If not, the registered subscriber of the ST line must be present to sign the number retention form. The ST/ M1 line must be a main line and not tied to any supplementary line (e.g. 1 plus 1 plan) The ST / M1 line must not have any outstanding balance due at the point of number retention.
