Your Responsibilities: Your day to day work - You will manage, administer and troubleshoot complex Linux/Big Data environments. - You will build automated tools to solve operational issues. - You will run effective research and testing on new platform products that can grow the list of services we offer and help improve our customer service - Maintaining SLA and KPI s in an agile environment - 24/7 emergency on call rota

3 Must haves: - Excellent Linux skills including shell scripting and security concepts. - Proficient in the following Linux distributions o Centos/RedHat o Debian - Expert in configuration management tools including Ansible, Chef and Puppet - Working knowledge of version control tools (Git/Bitbucket) - Jenkins workflows and troubleshooting - Strong communication skills (English) - Experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS - Familiar with virtualization and container technologies (proxmox, vmware, docker) Nice to haves: - Programming experience beneficial (Java, Python) - Experience installing, administering and managing Big Data Environments (HADOOP, Cassandra) - Experience with Cloudera Some tech you will use: - Apache Hadoop, Spark, Impala, Apache Kafka, ELK stack, PostgreSQL, Docker, HaProxy, LDAP. Your Personality Profile: We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about technology and is able to communicate to audiences at all levels, the value of the Neos solutions. 1. Academic background: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering / related field or industry level experience. Certifications: - RHCE (RHEL7) certification or similar 2. Professional Experience: - Well versed in Linux including analysis of issues - You'll have a good understanding of data architecture principles
