2 IEEE National Chair He is IEEE senior member. He received his PhD degree in Information Technology in 2014 from Aalborg University, Denmark. He received his MSc. degree in Network Services and Systems in 2009 from the Royal Institute of Technology-KTH, Sweden. He also received his BSc. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2003 from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He has worked as a lecturer in several universities in Ghana and Denmark. He is currently a lecturer at the School of Technology, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. 4 IEEE Ghana Section- Secretary Mr. Arhin is a member of IEEE and a Lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He holds an undergraduate degree in BSc Development Planning from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He also holds an MSc and MPhil in Management Information Systems from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. His research interests include Information Security, Computing Ethics, Software Engineering and Web Technologies Mr Kofi Ahin

5 IEEE Ghana Section- Professional Activities Chair Dr. Kester Quist-Aphetsi Kester Quist-Aphetsi is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy and an active member of IEEE Experts in Technology and Policy with specializations in internet governance, cybersecurity, and privacy. He was a Scientific Research Ambassador to World Scientific Forum. He had his PhD in Computer Science and Applications with distinction from Université de Bretagne Occidentale, Brest in France, Master of Software Engineering degree from the Open University Malaysia with thesis area in Information Security. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana and acquired Professional Diploma certification with Distinction in Business Management and Administration from the Institute of Commercial Management, United Kingdom as well as, Diploma in Project Management.

7 IEEE Ghana Section- Webmaster Mahendra Kumar Shrivas Mahendra Kumar Shrivas has over 10 years of experience in corporate ICT Education in which 5 year of experience is in academic and research field. He has published various research articles in renowned research journals. He is also contributing as expert reviewer to various research journals including IEEE Cloud Computing, International Journal of Management and Scientific Research (IJMASR) and International Journal of ICT and Management (IJICTM). His area of research includes Cyber & Network Security, ICT Infrastructure Management, Cloud Computing, Open Source, Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, EncryptionDecryption, ecommerce, Software Engineering and Blended learning.
