Final Report Make reference to all the Competence Criteria My role of PM covered producing design documentation to pick up new client fit-out requirements A2, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3, D2 X I am also supervising the contractors to ensure that elements identified in our designers risk assessments are picked up and carried through to their installation method statements on site. With the amount of redesign on site, I have also been ensuring that the proposed changes do not compromise health and safety. In some cases, I have redesigned elements on site to make maintenance and access safer, notably access to fire dampers (replacing with fire-rated duct) and valves (repositioned to safer locations). 18 THE INTERVIEW The interview is your platform to verbally demonstrate your competence as a professional engineer, in line with the set criteria Prepare a presentation mins in length Choose your presentation format Present projects/career episodes from your Engineering Practice Report and pertinent experience to strongly demonstrate the competencies Any supporting info has to be relevant to the presentation and therefore the competencies I not we!
