Canadian IT Business The Canadian IT Business Community furthers the interests of Canadian IT companies serving small- to medium-sized businesses in the IT channel, as well as the interests of companies providing IT services and support to Canadian businesses. Our members are solution providers, distributors, vendors and channel associates serving the IT SMB channel and the IT services and support industry in Canada. Cloud The Cloud Community includes independent IT software vendors, solution providers and industry thought leaders working together to drive new ideas in cloud computing. Future Leaders The Future Leaders Community is based on the idea of understanding and embracing the multi-generational workforce and building best practices. We strive to consider the different characteristics of this next generation of IT leaders and what that means to their careers while helping future leaders grow in their careers. IT Security The IT Security Community monitors, discusses and evaluates new technologies in the IT security field as they present new opportunities and challenges for businesses. We develop information technology security-specific best practices, education programs, industry standards and member-driven initiatives. IT Services & Support (ITSS) The ITSS Community is dedicated to helping technical services remain relevant and profitable today and in the future. ITSS collaborates with other Comp- TIA groups to develop tools that encourage people to consider technology as a career. We also work to increase the collaboration between service providers and vendors in the delivery of warranty services. Managed Print Services The Managed Print Services Community serves as a dedicated resource center for anyone involved in the managed print service (MPS) industry. Members of this community strive for the improvement and development of the managed print service industry as a whole and each of our members advances the MPS industry with their valuable contributions. Managed Services Our Managed Services Community members run the gamut from managed service providers (MSPs) to managed service vendors to IT industry thought leaders. We re all working together to advance the managed IT services industry through the promotion of best practices, the development of tools and templates and the refining of educational tracks for MSPs. UK Channel The UK Channel Community is comprised of resellers, solution providers, distributors, vendors and channel associates. We offer companies engaged in IT delivery services in the UK a forum for UK-specific discussion, and provide an understanding of how CompTIA can best serve the UK channel and its members.
