8 Rack Mounting Kit The smaller, more modular QX products integrate seamlessly with the Rack Mount Kit, ultimately reducing clutter and maximizing space. With the exception of the 19-inch QX2000, Epygi s line of QX products simply slide into the rack mount and are secured with a thumb screw. The kit, purchased separately from the IP PBXs and Gateways, includes two DC power cables for power redundancy and works with all Gateways except the QXFXS24.

Plays recorded messages and allows customers to press digits and automate actions. Barge In Whisper, 3 way call and listed in modes for supervisors to monitor agent calls. Call Recording Based on simultaneous recordings. Store in QX recordomg box or external FTP drive. Can trigger any inbound or outbound call. Can also program record button on phone. Password option to review recordings. Audio Conference based on simultaneous participants.
