GPON-IN-A-BOX concept offers a full set of Hardware, Software and corresponding highly skilled engineering services looking forward to a resilient and future proof FTTx network implementation and optimized TCO operation, covering from active and passive hardware equipment up to the Network Management System (NMS) and upper layer Operation Support Systems (OSSs) as well as to the full turnkey services as Survey, Project, Construction and Inventory. Scalable and flexible active equipment GPON-IN-A-BOX solutions are scalable and flexible best of breed xpon platforms and equipments that may differentiate delivered services among competitors. Multi technology and RF Overlay Dedicated features over the same chassis encourage MSO s on a soft migration towards FTTx topologies while next generation PON technologies support assures the required future proof for classical Telco s. Broad range of network terminal equipments are envisioned for retail, wholesale, mobile and WiFi backhaul as well as for topologies reusing the existing copper twisted pair and coaxial infrastructures.
