4 Searches for contact data in the Jabber client... are restricted to internal address book (Active Directory) and private Outlook contacts... are only possible by first name and surname Challenge Communication with the Jabber client is restricted to internal contacts. Communication with partners, customers and suppliers is therefore difficult as this contact data is saved in CRM, ERP and other applications. 4
