1 Service and Product Enhancement Codes () Wholesale (ASR) The purpose of this job aid is to assist with the population of the Service and Product Enhancement Code () field on the Access Service Request (ASR). This job aid includes Wholesale products for both Special and Switched Access. The field identifies a specific product or service offering. FairPoint uses this code to validate entries on the ASR based on criteria for the product or service being requested. Applicable States The codes used in this job aid apply to the following states that are served by FairPoint.
