However, whenever a change in the consumption measuring and billing of the electronic equipment is done by the building owner, the contractor reserves the right to conclude a corresponding identical, different from the currently valid settlement with the customer. AirIT assures the customer inform him about any change in time and then determine jointly a new payment cpt for the power consumption. 4.
