7 iset iset is an Electro-Hydraulic Setting Tool which can be battery operated on slickline or through E-line as an SRO operation. The battery options are alkaline, flasked alkaline or lithium. It uses a state of the art brushless DC Motor to drive a small high pressure pump. iset can be run multiple times without redress. After POOH, the iset can be re-set by simply opening a bleed screw on the OD of the tool. The tool will then automatically reset itself within seconds. 11

8 iset The power source for the iset is contained within the Electronics Power Unit or EPU. This is where the SRO controller is situated and contains either the Alkaline of Lithium batteries as well as all of the control electronics. The iset contains multiple sensors; temperature, pressure, motion, voltage and current. All sensor information is logged to memory which can be downloaded at surface via a USB cable which is connected to the EPU. The tool can also be ordered with an option to wirelessly retrieve the data after each run via a tablet device. 12

11 I-Wheel Probe I-Wheel Conveyance Technology Frictional resistance or debris frequently makes wellbore access difficult or even impossible for conventional wireline strings especially in highly deviated wells. These conditions usually require the use of wireline tractors or coiled tubing which increase complexity and cost. I-Wheel combines high performance standoffs and rollers to overcome deployment difficulties. This innovative technology enables reliable, cost effective wireline conveyance in highly deviated wells. Unique roller technology offers a level performance that consistently surpasses all other roller designs. 15

12 I-Wheel Probe I-Wheel Conveyance Technology The I-Wheel is a highly durable design, easily maintained and tools are routinely used to convey perforating guns. They can be placed above, below or between gun sections, with the detonating cord run through the mandrel. 13 I-Wheel Probe I-Wheel Conveyance Technology The I-Wheel Pro-Connect has been designed to eliminate all downhole fasteners. The tool is attached to the I-Wheel sleeve or mandrel using a quick connect system which reduces operational risk and time and so offers maximum cost reduction. 17

16 Specialty Tools IntelleX Ultra-Fast Pressure Gauge The IntelleX Ultra-Fast pressure gauge is a highly flexible, ultra-fast pressure, temperature and acceleration sampling tool designed for monitoring of extremely fast pressure transients during downhole explosive operations. The Ultra-Fast pressure gauge is a fusion of new and proven technologies resulting in a much more flexible tool than standard pressure gauges. The tool is capable of performing traditional slow speed pressure gauge functions as well as ultra fast sampling when required. The tool can be programmed with any combination of sample rates and trigger events with the tool altering the sampling rate depending on the trigger pressure or acceleration. As soon as the tool detects a trigger event it will move to ultra-fast sampling mode within 100μs. 18 Specialty Tools IntelleX Memory Perforating (EFH Electronic Firing head) Tool options Standard Single Fire EFH Multi-Fire EFH HPHT EFH IntelleX tools retain a complete log of time, status, pressure, temperature, tilt, shock and output voltage data is stored to individual banks of flash memory for post-job analysis. The IntelleX Low Power Electronic Firing Head is used to activate (or de-activate) tools using a pre-programmed sequence of time, pressure/temperature safe windows, and if required, a series of pressure pulses and/or acceleration movements. The options of using both pre-programmed and wellbore conditions enables a fail-safe system to be run reliably, efficiently and with assurance that the memory job will be completed as designed. 22

21 Specialty Tools IntelleX Mechanical PT Safety Switch The IntelleX Mechanical Pressure/Temperature Safety Switch can be used as an integral part of the Electronic Firing Head or can be used as a standalone perforating safety device. The mechanical switches provide multiple fixed barriers between the power supply and the device to be fired allowing compliance with API Recommended Practice 67. O.D. 22 Specialty Tools IntelleX Rugged CCL, GR, Pressure & Fluid Temperature Tool This IntelleX tool is a combined Casing Collar Locator, Gamma Ray, Piezo-resistive Pressure and Fluid Temperature tool ideal for high resolution depth determination, BHP/Gradient Surveys, monitoring Sliding Sleeve (SSD) positioning and determining fluid movement in producing or injecting wells. The Tool can be programmed to sample any or all channels at up to 32 samples/sec. The large 8 MB non-volatile Flash memory can store up to 550,000 data sets. The extremely rugged design means the tool is suitable for running on coil tubing sliding sleeve shifting operations. 26

23 Specialty Tools IntelleX PLT The Probe IntelleX Core PLT is a production logging tool with Piezo Pressure, Fluid Temperature and CCL as standard (Quartz PT available as an additional module). The IntelleX Core PLT has fully modular interconnections allowing future sensors to be added with no change to the Core Modules. Available sensors include Pressure, Fluid Temperature, Gamma Ray, Casing Collar Locator, Capacitance Water Hold-up, Fluid Density (Inertial and Radioactive), XY Caliper and Flow*. The tool can be programmed to sample any or all channels at 32 samples/second to 1 sample/10 minutes. The large 16MB non-volatile Flash memory can store up to 8 million data points. 26 Specialty Tools IntelleX PLT Density The Probe IntelleX TFD (Tuning Fork Density) tool uses the characteristics of a vibrating tuning fork to determine the density of wellbore fluid mixtures. The tool is used to determine density in the wellbore. The industrial tuning fork sensor is already well proven in multiple production related applications. The amplitude and frequency of vibration is used to determine the density of the fluid within the surrounding area of the fork and the operation is unaffected by well deviation. Excellent results can be achieved in liquid-liquid or in a pure gas environment. 27 Specialty Tools UniTool The UniTool is a unique tool that enables an operator to run many traditional e-line logging services on slickline, coil tubing or on tractor conveyed operations. This highly adaptable tool can be used to control & store data from a number of cased hole applications that do not have an absolute requirement for real-time data acquisition. Supports: RADII Bond Tool, Corrosion Logging Tool Suite and other proprietary tools. The 8Gb memory capacity allows for data sampling at transmission rates normally associated with surface read-out logging tools. The memory controller reacts to the data transmission rates of the connected toolstring rather than via a pre-programmed sample rate. As a result, the UniTool can help expand the range of conveyance options available to service providers who may have been limited to their core activity, and increase their ability to cover additional operations with existing tool stock. 31
