2 RB60 range Miniature circuit breakers Miniature circuit breakers for circuit protection The miniature circuit breakers RB60 are designed for the protection of electrical circuit against overloads and short circuits. The devices are particularly recommended for residential and tertiary applications. Their main features are: Tripping characteristic, polarity and breaking capacity making them ideal for most installations. Suitable for the connection with cable or busbar. Clear contacts position displayed thanks to the frontal indicator. Highest limiting class. 2

3 The right offer The range of automatic circuit breakers RB60 are complete with every polarity 1P, 1P+N, 2P, 3P, 4P with rated current (In) from 6 to 63 A. The breakers, available in tripping characteristic C, with breaking capacity 6000 A in accordance with the standard EN and 6 ka in accordance with the standard EN guarantee a safe and reliable protection of electrical circuits. Flexible connection In order to meet any installation requirement, by means of the upper and the lower double connection, devices offer the possibility of busbars connection both at the top and at the bottom thus guaranteeing higher flexibility and faster installation. Safety displayed The position of contacts is easily recognizable as it is from the colour of frontal windows (red closed, green opened) that works independently from the lever. Ensured protection Contacts open immediately in case of short circuits: devices are therefore guaranteeing the highest limiting class 3 by limiting the reducing the electrical stress in cables and equipments in the plant. 3

6 The Gewiss offer The full protection and distribution system 90 ReStart RANGE 90 ReStart range is made up of the reclosing innovative systems (ARD) for residual current circuit breakers able to reclose automatically devices in case of untimely trip only after checking the absence of earth fault in the plant. This range is available in RD, RM, AUTOTEST versions and offers the best solution for the service contuinity in residential, tertiary and industrial applications. ReStart RD: ARD for 2 and 4 poles residual current circuit breakers. ReStart RM e RM TOP: ARD for 2 and 4 poles residual current circuit breakers with overcurrent protection. ReStart AUTOTEST: the only residual current circuit breaker that in addition to the advantages of the ReStart function can automatically checking the proper functioning of protection without cutting power while performing the test. All the devices are available in PRO version that in case of impossibility to reclose the breaker because a real fault is present, keeps monitored the installation every 2 minutes and reclosing the circuit breaker when safe to do so. 90 MCB RANGE In addition to RB60 range, GEWISS offers solutions for every need of overloads and short circuit protection. The range is made up of three types of products: MTC compact miniature circuit breakers, from 2 to 32 A in B and C curve and breaking capacity up to 10 ka available in the 1P+N, 2P, 3P and 4P versions. The products ensure the protections in half the space than a traditional solution. MT miniature circuit breakers, from 1 to 63 A in B, C and D characteristic and breaking capacity up to 25 ka in every polarity (1P, 1P+N, 2P, 3P and 4P). MTHP high performance miniature circuit breakers, from 20 to 125 A in C and D curve and breaking capacity up to 25 ka in every polarity (1P, 2P, 3P and 4P). 90 RCD RANGE The 90 RCD range can meet any need for protection against earth fault, for all residential, tertiary and industrial applications. The range is made up of: MDC monoblock compact residual current circuit breakers with overcurrent protection from 6 to 32 A, in B and C curve, breaking capacity up to 10 ka and IΔn from 30 to 300 ma in AC, A, A[IR] (impulse resistance) and A[S] (selective) types. The products ensure the protections in half the space than a traditional solution. BD and BDHP modular add-on residual current devices for MT and MTHP from 25 to 125 A, IΔn from 10 ma to 3 A of AC, A, A[IR] impulse resistant, A[S] selective and A adjustable types. SD residual current circuit breakers from 25 A to 125 A, IΔn from 10 to 500 ma of AC, A, A[IR] and B[IR] impulse resistant, A[S] and B[S] selective. 6

7 90 AM RANGE The 90 AM range, beside the auxiliaries of the circuit breakers, common to the whole 90 MCB and MDC range, is made up of: Auxiliaries and accessories for modular circuit breakers: auxiliary contacts, releases, busbars, pole separator and padlocking lever block. Protection: LST surge protective devices, disconnectable fuse holders, residual current relay with separate toroid, motor protection switches. Control: switch disconnectors, latching relays, control relay, CTR contactors, installation relays. Programming: timers, twilight and astronomical time switches. Measurement: voltmeters, ammeters, current transformers, energy meters, multimeter and network analyser. Signalling: lights, push-buttons, bells and buzzers. MTX AND 97 MSS RANGE MTX is the molded case circuit breakers range that provides solutions for all tertiary and industrial applications, thanks to a wide range of features like: Rated current (1 a 1600 A). Breaking capacity (16 a 120 ka). Thermomagnetic and electronic tripping unit. Wide range of mechanical and electrical accessories. The MSS rotary switch disconnectors are guaranteed to be robust and reliable in the control and isolation of circuits up to 630 A.
