1 Announcement WG , dated vember 27, 2007 Hardware withdrawal: IBM and InfoPrint Solutions Company printers in selected countries AP distribution...4 Overview Effective December 28, 2007, InfoPrint Solutions Company, a Ricoh -IBM joint venture, and IBM will withdraw printer products from marketing in the following countries: Bangladesh Brunei Indonesia Macao New Zealand Philippines Sri Lanka Thailand Vietnam The printer products being withdrawn are listed below. On or after the effective date of withdrawal, you can no longer order these products directly from IPS or IBM. There are no replacement products. Maintenance for the withdrawn printers is not changed by this announcement. The withdrawn products are still available from InfoPrint Solutions Company Business Partners in the following countries: Vietnam Indonesia Philippines Thailand All models, all initial order features, and all MES (field installable) features for all of the following machine types are being withdrawn from marketing in the countries listed above.
