Infrastructure Services Core to our business is Support and Field Services, delivering desk-side and server support for both hardware and software break fixes. Over 9,000 incidents per month are supported by Capita s UKbased ITIL Service Desk and our team of over 250 remote, field-based and on-site engineers. Services include: migration LAN/WAN provision Data management Hosting Security Virtualisation Storage solutions We also manage and deliver infrastructure projects including migrations, managed print and mobile device management. From a full IT outsource where we take control of your IT, to a partial or self-managed service, we can offer a service level which suits your organisation s needs.
