Erick Petersen, PE $600 million Federal Transit Administration Program Management Oversight Consultant As part of these services, INVICTUS evaluates each Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Grantee s capability and capacity to carry out major rail and other transportation projects by reviewing their organization, management plans, and procedures for executing a quality project, while maintaining schedule and budget. INVICTUS also monitors the projects' subsequent implementation. COMPLETION: 2020 View a 2 minute project overview: INVICTUS is supporting David Evans and Associates, Inc. in a FTA Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), task order type contract to provide Project Management Oversight (PMO) services. INVICTUS has several Task Orders to provide oversight CPM scheduling services for The Oculus Transportation hub at the World Trade Center in New York City. The Grantee is the Port Authority of NY & NJ. In FTA Region 9, INVICTUS has Task Orders for the San Francisco Central Subway Project and the Sacramento Bus Rapid Transit Project.

INVICTUS also monitors the projects' subsequent implementation. COMPLETION: 2020 INVICTUS is supporting Kimley Horn in a Federal Transit Administration (FTA) indefinite delivery/indefinite (IDIQ) task order type contract to provide Project Management Oversight (PMO) services. To date, INVICTUS has been given numerous Task Order assignments to provide PMO services to projects being implemented by New Jersey Transit (NJT) and the New York City Department of Transportation (NYCDOT), and the Springfield (MA) Redevelopment Authority for FTA Region 2. INVICTUS also supports David Evans and Associates, Inc. in its performance under an identical contract with the FTA.

3 Customs and Border Patrol Stations Arizona, California, New Mexico, Texas U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Kurt Floyd, PE $200 million COMPLETION: March 2013 Invictus supports the Engineering and Construction Support Office of the USACE, Fort Worth District providing Project/Program Management and Construction Management services defining project requirements and funding. Specifically Invictus: Prepares Project Management Plans Define the Scope of Work Conduct Monthly Project Review Boards and Weekly Briefings Perform Financial Scrubs Perform Risk Analysis U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is a customer of the USACE to construct new facilities and rehabilitate existing facilities along the U.S. Mexico border in California, Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Texas. CBP and ICE have a wide array of facility types to fulfill their broad and evolving mission. This work is being performed with MBP, Inc. in a subconsultant role to Invictus. This assignment is through January 2013 and is expected to continue well into 2013.

4 Bayonne Bridge Navigation Channel Clearance Program MBP, Inc. George B. Fink, PE $720 million COMPLETION: Fall 2016 In support of a comprehensive constructability review, Invictus created a detailed, independent CPM schedule for all construction work on the arch span. The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey (PANYNJ) required to Program Manager to validate the design team s construction schedule and assess schedule risks within the context of established project milestones. View a two minute project overview: The PANYNJ is proposing to replace the existing roadway with one that is 65 feet higher. The steel arch will be retrofitted and strengthened and both approaches will be replaced with box girder, reinforced concrete segments. There are multiple stages and traffic alignments. Traffic flow will be maintained. This major regional project will modernize the bridge while preserving the historic design of the 80 year old facility.

5 STV /URS JV Shiroy Ranji, AIA New Cadet Barracks at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY Invictus provided CPM Scheduling support to the Joint Venture that produced the preliminary design for this Design Build project for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District. $180 million COMPLETION: STV is a leading, award winning professional firm offering engineering, architectural, planning, environmental and construction management services. STV consistently ranks among ENR s top 25 firms in education, highways, bridges, rail and mass transit. The project includes approximately 288,000GSF of new construction to house 650 cadets and provide space for a future chiller plant. The primary facility includes two person cadet rooms, battalion support spaces, latrines/showers, laundry, storage, dayrooms, and other support offices/spaces. 6 Advanced Science Research Center, CUNY New York, NY O Kane Electric, Inc. William Tufel $650 million COMPLETION: Summer 2013 Prepared the project CPM Schedule and monthly updates (Primavera P6 ) for the prime electrical contractor for incorporation into the master CPM schedule for the project. Specifically, Invictus performed on site data collection and validation; monitored the critical path(s) and identified potential delays; and tracked and documented details of float consumption; Information was collected and tracked on a monthly basis to analyze the contractor s overall progress, potential delays or impediments, and forecasted completions milestones and dates. View a short project overview: SKANSKA is the Construction Manager the construction of two new life science buildings for the City University of New York (CUNY). The 389,000 SF ARSC complex will provide space for state of the art research and development laboratories and supporting spaces. This facility will provide 200,000 SF of space for state of theart research and teaching laboratories predominantly in the areas of Biology, Chemistry and Physics. The buildings will contain R&D labs, cafeteria and lecture halls. The project is currently qualifying for LEED certification.

7 New York State DOT William Slade, PE x570 $149 million COMPLETION: December 2012 Gowanus Expressway Deck Replacement & Repairs Brooklyn, NY Reviewed the contractor s project CPM schedule and monthly updates (Primavera P6 ) for the NYSDOT Engineer In Charge. The CPM has over 2,300 activities and 8 major phases of temporary traffic re alignments. Specifically, Invictus monitored the critical path(s) and identified potential delays. Information was presented to the NYSDOT in a detailed and comprehensive monthly narrative report that also analyzed the contractor s overall progress, potential delays or impediments, and forecasted completion milestones and related critical dates. The report included supporting layouts, graphs, and photographs. The scope of the work involves the widening of the elevated superstructure, the replacement of the concrete deck, repair or replacement of stringers, floorbeams, bearings and piers caps. Although the project experienced substantial design related delays, time has been recovered through phase re sequencing.

8 The New York Law School New York, NY MBP, Inc. George B. Fink, PE $190 million COMPLETION: July 2010 Invictus analyzed contractor delay claims and performed an exhaustive review of over 80 owner back charges and disputed change orders. The work required analysis of 3 baseline & 26 progress CPM schedules to perform a forensic CPM schedule delay impact analysis as established by the AACEI Practice No.52R 06. Invictus also performed a productivity analysis of site contractor s slurry wall operation and prepared expert s reports in support of anticipated litigation. Invictus also provided contractor closeouts and facilitated negotiation of all disputed costs as part of a mediation settlement. View a short project overview: The New Community Facility of the New York Law School is a 9 story, 235,000 square foot facility. It is a new glass enclosed structure consisting of classrooms, an auditorium, conference rooms, libraries, a cafeteria, administrative, event and operations space for the New York Law School community. A construction feature of this building was a perimeter slurry wall, with varying depths of almost 100 feet, along with load bearing elements (column footings). Top Down construction method was used to build four below grade floors.
